Hotel Bys Palermo

We stayed at the Hotel Bys Palermo for three nights at the front end of our trip to Argentina and then again for seven nights at the tail end. We were very satisfied with the hotel and its amenities. The rooms were clean and a good size. The wifi worked very well. The breakfast that is included is of a very good quality and has a wide selection. The front desk staff were very helpful with providing recommendations for local restaurants and answering any other general questions. The only thing keeping me from giving a score of five out of five is the fact that the water in the roof top pool was a little cloudy, leaving me with the impression that it may not have been tended to in a little while. We would definitely return to this hotel if we were to return to Buenos Aires.

The hotel is located in Palermo. We stood in a very spacious room. Breakfast was delicious. Staff is allways ready to help. The hoyel is very clean. The only negative pount was the hair dryier that didnt work well. The room was silent. Dont know if its the same un the rooms facing the main street. Would come back!

Very bad experience at this Hotel Pay attention! The moment i arrived at the hotel an employ called Guilhermo came to me to offer cambio blue with a friend called Hugo who has close and able to make an exchange to help me bc i arrived without Pesos. He made a show to distract me and seem helpful (attached picture of the cambista inside the hotel at the main counter doing the show) He was extremely attencious and helpfull, i was vey inocent. I changed 1k usd for 260k pesos, not that bad ok BUT the hotel rate was 440 usd whoever he said it was better to me not to pay in credit card but cash He charged me the Hotel Rate in Blue Cambio and not in the official rate That way i payed almost the double in Pesos Probably even the hotel received the difference but he but this spread in his pocket Don t recommend this hotel in any chance

My son and I stayed for 4 nights at BYS, flew to Iguazú and visited Brazil, Paraguay and later Uraguay, then returned to Buenos Aires. After checking into so many hotels, it was such a relief when we got to the tail end of our trip and returned to BYS Palermo. Guillermo, David and Simon were so helpful! I was lucky that I got Guillermo on the phone when I called from the US to make reservations, as he’s the only one of the three to speak English. He helped me arrange my pick up from the airport and told me where to get the best exchange rate. (Blue dollars vs official rate). David was so sweet and recommended nearby restaurants and told me how to get around using public transportation, which is a challenge because the Subte cards (refillable metrocards) are impossible to find, even at metro stations. Simon was nice enough to lend us his card for our day trip to Tigre Delta, saving us a lot of money. BYS is close to restaurants, bars, and trendy shops at Palermo Soho. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very satisfying with a lot of fresh fruit and avocados, in addition to eggs, croissants, ham and cheese. I was very happy with my stay at BYS and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Buenos Aires. Really, I was so relieved when I got back to BYS Palermo after so much running around. So nice to see friendly familiar faces and get back to a nice neighborhood.

O hotel nos surpreendeu. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos, atenção especial para Guillermo. Como o nosso quarto já estava disponível nos deixaram subir antes do horário do checking. O quarto extremamente espaçoso, com muitos pontos de apoio, varanda. Colchão muito confortável, cortinas vedam a luminosidade a noite. O nosso quarto no quinto andar era silencioso. Café da manhã com frutas frescas (que eu valorizo muito), pãezinhos e medialuna deliciosa. Éramos em 3 pessoas e nos deram 3 chaves. Um fim de tarde minha mãe idosa, que não fala nem portunhol voltou antes para o hotel, sem chave, se fez entender e lhe deram uma quarta chave. Para finalizar esqueci dólares e euros no cofre (achava que era 150 dólares e 400 euros mas quando abriram o cofre era 350 dólares e 700 euros) que foram entregues pessoalmente pelo gerente para uma amiga que foi para Buenos Aires. Ofereci 50 dólares a Guillermo quem me ajudou com todo o trâmite mas não aceitou. Super recomendo, nos sentimos (minha mãe, filha e eu) seguras e amparadas.

Ficamos na pascoa nesse hotel. Uma ótima opção em Pallermo. Da pra ir a pe ate pallermo soho, o hotel e novo, super confortável, atendimento cordial. Tivemos incluido na diaria o cafe da manhã, que era muito bem, bem completo. Voltaremos com certeza
