Gostamos bastante da localização e limpeza do quarto.
O ponto de destaque foi à facilidade de locomoção,o local bastante privilegiado com bons restaurantes e bares nas cercanias.
O shopping ao lado foi outro ponto de destaque.

The noises were terrible. In the first floor it’s impossible to sleep. The bars close 3 am every day with drunk people shouting and laughing until 3 or 4am in the street below the rooms.
The pillows are though and uncomfortable, all of them.
No relationship between the price and the quality.

Convenient, close to everything. Safe area and very touristic. Clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable bed and lots of pillows

Bad facilities. Doors inside the apartment were missing the lock and couldn’t be closed, including bathroom. You can hear ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING from
other rooms. Sex (good for them) next door could be heard as if it was on our own room, the banging on the wall literally moved our room door that was already semi open. You can hear every movement on the other room’s bathroom so loud that you can’t sleep. I would never return. VIP status non existent.

So their elevators, they had two, were both breaking during our entire stay. The first day we were stuck in the elevator twice. Like checked in and then got in the elevator to go to our room and got stuck. We were in there for about 5 minutes before they got it running again. The staff there is very nice. The hotel is very basic. Beds are old and saggy. Tiles broken in the bathrooms. Air con working so so. Had to switch rooms due to a smoking neighbor-not the hotels fault they have no smoking signs posted. Our next room was better and a little cleaner. No hair in the bathroom. Our first room though was not clean. Still trash in the trash can of the bathroom. The best thing about the hotel is their sweet and kind staff and the location. You are smack dab between bars and restaurants with the gorgeous cemetery recoleta across the street.

Location is excellent. Cleanliness very poor. Bathroom is in very bad shape. Paint falling of ceiling. Floor very dirty.

The location was excellent. Just across from Recoleta Cemetary. Several fun restaurants and bars within 100 meters.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent.
