Loved this hotel. The location was perfect as I was here for business and my first time in Buenos Aires. The hotel was an easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafe's. I loved the size of my room as I was traveling with several suitcases and had plenty of room to have my belongings out. The kitchenette was perfect and didn't even know I was going to have that in my room as well as a kitchen table. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. I couldn't wake up they were so good. The morning breakfast was perfect and generous with a wide variety of items to start your day. Hospitality was 5 star and everyone who I encountered were extremely friendly. Huge thank you to everyone there especially Emanuel who helped arrange my car service, bags and recommendations. Great hotel. The room was nice, the bed comfortable. The staff was very friendly. This hotel was located in a nice area to walk around. Our stay was very pleasant and the staff was very accommodating. It was close to the domestic airport and the front desk was able to call for a car for us.

Really good hotel in a lovely district of Buenos Aries. Close to the park, rose gardens and some famous statues, restaurants and bars. The hotel itself has good facilities such as a pool and a gym but misses out on a bar area sadly. However I wouldn’t let this put you off.

Hi, I stayed here with my wife and son in Nov 23. I chose this hotel due to it's desirable location in Palermo. There are tons of shops, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. I prefer smaller, well managed hotels that are privately owned as opposed to large commercial brands. This hotel was clean, modern and well appointed with attentive staff and all the amenities one would require. The room itself was well furnished and comfortable. The front desk (who also spoke great english) were helpful in giving advice for salons, dining, booking reservations etc. Breakfast was included and offered a variety of buffet self service options. The pool was large and peaceful, not very crowded during our stay. The gym was quite small, but had ample equipment for a brisk workout. There was a slight issue upon checkout but Agustin in management went above and beyond to resolve to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Palermo area.

This is a small boutique, hotel, situated in a safe neighborhood in Buenos Aires. There are numerous restaurants and small shops in the area. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was professional, courteous, and offered assistance when needed. The free breakfast had multiple options, and the quality of the food was very good.

Beware of SCAM! This hotel has set up their website to charge your American credit card at a rate much higher than the rate in pesos. They charged me over 2.5 times the published rate in Argentinian Pesos and when confronted, they blamed it on *******. I booked through their website. Ended up paying 375 bucks for a rate of 130 dollars. Do not set foot in this place, it is a tourist trap.

Location is superb, and facilities are excellent. Personnell is very attentive. Breakfast space was small, so you may show and have to wait. Water was not hot, si we had to shower in rather cold water.

I have stayed at Casa Sur Bellini many many times but this last one was special because I spent an entire month at the Hotel. I usually travel to the major cities in the World and I live in NYC so I expect a lot when it comes to a Hotel. Casa Sur Bellini never disappoints. They will always try to early check-you-in if they can do it. The breakfast is pretty amazing with options for everyone and if you want something that's not on their usual layout, they will try to make it for you. The front desk is always willing to help. Specially Emanuel, Carolina, one of the porters who is really nice I think his name is David. A special shoutout to Karina, who would make my room every day and she was absolutely the best. People who complain that there is no parking are mistaken. There is parking garage right next to the hotel. You can't miss it. I have also read complaints about not having a tub. I believe the hotel is changing from bathtubs to just showers but nowhere on the website does it say that rooms have a bathtub so not sure why people complain. The room is one of the largest I have been in (except for hotels where I have booked a suite). For a standard room, these are huge and most of them have a small kitchen which is a huge plus when you are spending a month. The bed and linens are amazing as well. Super soft. For TV lovers, there is a big TV with lots of channel options. The neighborhood is the best in Buenos Aires. I used to live there. Close to museums, tons of restaurants, everything walking distance. And also safe. The amenities are nice too: sauna, gym and a swimming pool that's only open in the warmer months (I wish it was open in winter). You will not find a better hotel in this area with this amazing service. Oh! Almost forgot about Juliana and Maru (both managers) who have also been very accommodating. Hope this review helps people who are in doubt. I will be back at Casa Sur Bellini in less than 2 months and I can't wait.
