The worst and most unsafe hostel, definitely do not come. I am a traveler traveling alone, the first problem I had in this hostel was the disturbing attitude of the receptionist named Leandro. When I talked to the person in charge, I did not get any results. I had to stay because I paid for 2 weeks in advance. And on my 3rd day, my 450$ money was stolen from my room during the day. I asked them to look at the camera, they never did. When I wanted to leave, they wanted to cut off about 40% of my money. I cried a lot, I was very stressed and I really wish they would close down as soon as possible. A bunch of money hungry people who never help. Their supervisor Matheus is a cocky guy. The guy who helped me there was none other than a young man named Fede and a young girl whose name I can't remember. And I think the employees who bothered me took my money. Les pedí que miraran a la cámara, pero nunca lo hicieron. Cuando quise irme, quisieron quitarme aproximadamente el 40% del dinero. Lloré mucho, estaba muy estresado y realmente desearía que cerraran lo antes posible.

You get what you pay for! Overall, the hostel did the job as a safe place to sleep, cook, and hangout. There is only one bedroom with AC (their website and Hostelworld both said it had AC which we assumed was everything or at least all rooms, so we ended up upgrading our room after 2 nights there). The WiFi is iffy but works close to reception. Showers were always clogged. Great place to walk and uber to things.

Staff is somewhat pleasant. Some are espetacular, e.g. Aldana and Francisco. Other are average. And a couple of them have no hospitality skills, they are always prepared TO AVOID YOU, especially when a guest clearly needs help. Overall, do not expect a 'Four Season' resort. This is a hoStel, a good one, and above average. There are individual and shared rooms

First of all this hostel is fine. It is like being in a student housing. The staff is not always friendly, you need to wait to use the showers, the only toilet upstairs is always occupied because it is also a shower. Once the TV is turned on, nobody turns it off and it is very loud if you want to sleep in room Tango. The kitchen has little utilities but just enough to cook a little. DONT PUT YOUR FOOD IN THE STAFF FRIDGE. Because they eat it even if it is labeled haha. It is not very clear which one is which. The price policy is very unclear. There is a lot going in the night. Big city I guess. But every night people keep coming in until 6 and the first started leaving at 4. Also the beds are not that stable and the lockers make a lot of noice. And omg people slept the entire day! No jokes. I could never really sort out my stuff without disturbing sleeping people. Never experienced anything like that. No big reasons not the recommend this place, it is just a little different. And the breakfast which is at the cafe downstairs is lovely and the waiter there is the best.

Nice affordable place in a great location. Not as modern as some other hostels in the area but grand all the same. It had lockers and a very good air con system, which was badly needed. Suited to easy going people who don't need everything perfect as it is quite old and there was no bathroom in my room but it was definitely a great place to stay.
