It is always good to have helpful people at reception and we have found Marcus to be very helpful with booking tours in BA. The room is large but old and no light over the desk. No hooks in the bathroom which would be simple to install. Comfortable beds and air conditioning is available. The breakfast was not exciting and the tea was luke warm and tasted of coffee. Overall the hotel is adequate with super helpful reception staff.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel on 3 separate occasions while travelling in South America. It was booked by the tour agency. We had a comfortable stay, breakfast was good but could be improved. The location is great - very close to restaurants and the infamous Recoleta cemetery. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We left luggage there when going to Iguazu Falls, Rio and the Antartica. Bathroom in first room had a separate area with vanity which we liked - however, second room there was no room for toiletries. Hairdryers didnt work which I find is often a problem and tend to buy one if staying long enough. Some rooms could do with an upgrade. Overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our one night stay in the area at this lovely property. We arrived early in the day so our room was not ready until about 1pm. We were able to leave our bags and wander until then. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The AC worked well. Breakfast was very good and included. Our second night was spent at a hotel around the corner and was much more expensive and not really any better. I would definitely stay here again. The price, location and amenities were excellent.

The hotel is in a great location near the touristic center. But the rooms are old. The room i was given didn't have a working AC, The window in the bathroom was missing a hinge, and as it was very cold and windy, there was wind sound all night long hissing in the bathroom. The bathroom door handle came out of the door when i tried to open it for the first time. There isn't enough sheets for a cold season. It's a pity because it's a really wonderful location and beautiful building. The restaurant is amazing.

The hotel is in Recoleta, which is the wealthies neighborhood in Buenos Aires, therefore it is safer to walk and dine out.
However it is further away from Palermo and San Telmo for instance, you will need taxi rides to get there.
The hotel is very nice and clean, with an impresive lobby.
Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are big and in very good condition.
Few little wrinkles with room lights, but nothing major.
We had a good time and most likely we will use it again

Very nice accommodation in a great location. Lots of places to eat close by, some interesting shops and an easy walk to the famous cemetery. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.
