If you want to stay in Recoleta, this is a great spot, though I'm not sure most visitors would choose this location. Having a small kitchen and dining area was really nice. The bathroom was larger, and the water pressure better than anywhere else we experienced on our 3 country, 6-city trip. Though physical staffing at the building was limited, virtual service was available. And we appreciated that the desk was able to hold our luggage until 5pm on the day we checked out. The only real hassle was that we didn't understand before we arrived that this is a fully digital access property with limited staffing. So we were confused at first when we arrived and there was no one physically present (we spoke with someone on a video monitor and it was a bit hard to understand through an intercom), and then once we understood the situation, we had to wait ~10 minutes for someone to arrive and begin the check-in process. My understanding is still that someone was actually *supposed* to be present at the reception desk at the hour we arrived (~7pm), but we were told on arrival that the one receptionist covers two buildings in the neighborhood. Not a huge deal, and knowing this wouldn't have changed our choice to book here (the digital access was nice once we had it), but it would have been helpful if they'd laid this out clearly from the start. It would have eliminated the initial confusion we had upon arrival. The courtyard was nice, but the pool was visibly dirty, so we didn't use it.
