Positives - lovely small, very relaxed hotel. Rooms were adequately equipped and very clean. Food was good in the main restaurant and nicely presented. Aquafit with Jessica was ‘amazing’ and we enjoyed the evening entertainment with Margot. The pool was lovely albeit cold. It was nice to see the manager most days mucking in with the jobs that needed doing, we even saw him delivering linen. Negatives - struggled to get a coffee at breakfast due to lack of staff. Only one female and one male toilet in the main pool/bar/evening area. These were also out of use for 2 days due to a sewage issue. The Culinarium restaurant was disappointing. We weren’t shown a menu, others were. Drinks had to be purchased (not all inclusive), starters were nice but the main was lacking a sauce and vegetables. The drinks included on the all inclusive was less than 25% of the menu including nonalcoholic drinks. You could only have a bean to cup coffee if you paid. Hotel is very remote and the local bus only passes by every two hours. The path back to your room at night was uneven and unlit. If you report an issue like a broken sunbed or no paper towel in the toilet you are just met with shrugged shoulders 🤷. With a few changes, this hotel could easily achieve 5 stars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but this hotel was lacking against other Tui Blue hotels.

This hotel is really in a nice position with the sea and trees. However, today I have found the zip-lock on my suitcase forcefully opened for the 2nd time within the last few days. The person doing this does not bother with guessing the number combination to open my suitcase but has been successful in opening one side of the zip lock. I had to take photos of the lock before going out each time thinking I must be going crazy. It however has happened again today. This is just so sad as I was telling people about the positives of this hotel, despite not having good internet network as well as the phone in the hotel not working either. Now my daughter has also noticed that her body cream has been used. This is so disappointing as someone of the staff and the manager are really lovely. We has 2 more nights here and I am not sure what to do about this

5 days of rest and relaxation in picturesque surroundings, with plenty to eat and drink. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel if you want peace and quiet. Food was amazing with plenty of choice both hot and cold. Every need catered for. Rooms clean and tidy, just need to natter using the shower controls. Nice touch of complimentary wine and drinks in the room. Soft drinks replenished daily. Tui Representatives work extremely hard and always available - well done Christine and Margot.

Fabulous venue. Well organised. Clean rooms. Good bathroom & shower. Lovely private terrace. Great staff, bar & restaurant & food very good. Tui Rep , Margot , fabulous! Quiet & comfortable, super relaxed. Beach & sunbeds, beautiful, lovely shady beach bar, very pretty resort.

A very good hotel. It was very clean, the food was delicious with lots of choice (and I don’t eat everything but I found plenty to choose from). The staff couldn’t be more helpful and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The only criticism was the pillows were either too hard or too soft and the shower was dribbling a bit and could have been more powerful. But the water was always hot. I would stay there again but I would hire a car as it’s quite remote although there is a bus service and daily excursions.

The hotel is very secluded and quiet. The food was good and generally hot, with reasonable choices even for fussy eaters like us! The waiters at lunch and dinner are very good at refilling your glasses. The staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you. The bar staff recommend drinks that were similar to top shelf but free! All inclusive here doesn’t mean top shelf but the extras are cheap any way. You need to ask for peanuts and snacks in the evening with your drinks if wanted. The rooms are definitely tired and not up to TUI Blue standard. Our shower whilst spacious leaked from the shower head so the bathroom gets sprayed! The toilet seat never stayed on the toilet it just moved around on it. Toiletries are replenished daily. Twin sinks in our bathroom was nice touch. We had a double bed as we couldn’t ask for single beds, not a problem for us as we are sisters. The pillows are awful though, very hard and lumpy. Towels changed daily. Bathrobe and slippers are provided. We ventured into San Teodoro and caught the bus, the hotel tells you to download the DropTicket app to buy your tickets. All of which is great unless you don’t have roaming on your phone as the driver has to validate your ticket! You can use card or cash though on the bus, bring coins! Be aware the bus timetable means absolutely nothing. We waited nearly 2 hrs for the bus into town and 45 mins for the return one. The town had not a lot of shops and was mainly full of restaurants, although we found a super ice cream shop and had lemon ice and real dark chocolate ice cream. Very yummy. We also found a lovely drink shop that offered samples! There is entertainment most evenings which consists of a singer and the reps. The lighting at night on the route back to your room can be a bit hazardous so bring a torch
