Lovely hotel, feels luxurious and the staff are all super friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Kozmo Hotel was truly enjoyable. The staff's warmth and attentiveness made a positive impression, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout. The room's comfort exceeded expectations, providing a relaxing retreat. A commendable blend of excellent service and cozy accommodations, making Kozmo Hotel a top choice for a delightful stay.

Hotel is pretty close to keleti train station, easy to go to the hotel. People at the reception are also friendly and kind. They are trying to arrange the room with customers' requirement. However, the room is not well sound-proof, with some sounds of waterflow from the roof. Breakfast is also good, though not too many choices. Not the first trip in Budapest, but still this is an unforgettable one!

High amount deposit 100€ per night. Staff not helpful at all. Room very small. room cleaning was so bad.
