Luxury Downtown Apartments

The worst service I have ever received in my life. Although the reservation was to be paid upon arrival at the hotel, they took all the money from the card before staying. The bed collapsed and they accused me of breaking it and asked for 100 EUR. They made this request after withdrawing money from my credit card without my knowledge.

This is the most dirty place we have ever seen. Nothing was as they show on pictures. (just look at ours). Whole place is old and very dirty. Lots of mold in bathroom and kit kitchen. Dirty pillows. Air conditioning not working and was not cleaned for years. We asked for money back right away. Never got the answer. Pure fraud.

We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon around 5 pm and we left out luggage in the car due to being in a hurry to go sightseeing. Once we entered the room we smelled cigarettes although there was a sign on the door that smoking is prohibited. We found in the washing machine in the bathroom dirty underwear. The bed sheets were creased although they looked as they have been washed prior to our arrival. Under the bed sheets the mattress was yellowish/brownish and the whole bed smelled disgusting and looked dirty. The bedframe was stained, the curtains too. We had an awful experience with the reception of the hotel as well. We have explained the situation and showed them photos of the terrible conditions of the room. They were almost laughing at us and asking us what is our business to check the pillows and the covers and what we have stated that every time we go to a hotel we check everything in the room. We have asked for new pillows and covers and they have advised they can’t help us. They have provided one pillow which was again brownish. I have asked several times to talk to the manager and I have been explained that he is not working during the weekend and he is sleeping during night hours. Well, our idea was to sleep too but it didn’t happen due to the conditions of the hotel. Two of my friends slept in the car. I have slept on one of the beds on bathroom towels and my personal clothes. The hygiene was 0. The reception laughed at our misery, the manager didn’t come at all. I have contacted *********** which was the website/company and through it we have booked the apartment. They have assured me that the money will be returned and this was close to a month ago now. I have invested so much time in order to get my money back that I have actually lost more in time and efforts. My review is here and not in *********** as the manager of the Luxury Downtime apartments probably learned how to exploit the system and annulled my booking in order to block me from leaving my review. I am planning to contact the official European institution for such complaints and register mine. Good luck to all people who book this disgusting place.

A fuir ! Annonces utilisant toutes les mêmes photos, quelque soit le type de chambre/appartement, et forcément celles qui les arrange mais que vous n'aurez pas... Puis quand on s'en rend compte, ils ne veulent pas annuler et vous prélèvent sans vous rembourser ! En plus, le service client est mauvais...

Struttura comoda, appartamenti molto ampi, piscina con jacuzzi e palestra interna. Camere silenziose e molto spaziose. Bagni grandi però con il water separato, il che non è comodissimo. Posizione centrale con molti minimarket in zona. Colazione abbondante ma molto lenti nel refill e molto salato, poco dolce. Nota dolente il personale. La colazione non era inclusa e quindi l'abbiamo pagata a parte 1 volta sola perché poi la cameriera di sala, capelli lunghi neri e occhiali da vista, era veramente scortese. Ci ha accolti prima cordialmente, poi non vedendo la colazione inclusa ci ha trattati come trasgressori, le abbiamo mostrato lo scontrino della colazione pagata ed è andata in reception poiché non si fidava. Per tutto il tempo della colazione non sono riuscito a farmi fare 1 caffè o 1 cappuccino poiché dopo 5 richieste continuava a non servirci. ASSOLUTAMENTE MALEDUCATA Alla reception altra storia....persone fredde, scocciate a ogni richiesta di 1 asciugamano o 1 cuscino in più e TOTALMENTE INUTILI NEL DARE INFORMAZIONI TURISTICHE.....non sapevano dove fossero musei, mostre, mezzi pubblici etc. Insomma credo che non ci tornerei esclusivamente per il clima pessimo che si respira nella struttura. NON LO CONSIGLIO!!!

Zeer slecht onderhouden appartement. een vervallen zooitje. Lattenbodem van het bed viel bij de eerste keer er op gaan zitten al uit elkaar. Matrassen versleten, veren in je rug. Kapotte kastjes, lekkende douchedeur waardoor hele badkamer blank komt te staan. Schimmel in de badkamer. Spijkers die uit de vloer steken... Erg ongemakkelijk met kruipende baby. En buiten dit ook nog erg smerig. Achter kastjes en in de bank overduidelijk nooit schoon gemaakt. Wasmachine aanwezig maar niet gebruikt omdat deze te smerig was. Zou iedere 3 dagen schoon gemaakt worden wat dus niet gebeurt. Personeel groet niet als je langs loopt, kijkt je zelfs niet aan. Veel geluidsoverlast van de straat. Geschreeuw op straat midden in de nacht en vuilophaaldienst om 5 uur smorgens?!
