As someone who travels frequently for business and stays in a variety of IHG properties around the world, I can say without hesitation that Kimpton Bem Budapest has been my best IHG hotel experience to date. From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless. The service staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. You truly feel like a valued guest, not just a reservation number. I received a generous room upgrade as an IHG Diamond member and Ambassador, and the room was absolutely beautiful – elegant, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that made the stay feel special. The breakfast was outstanding – everything fresh and of top quality. I especially enjoyed the Eggs Benedict, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Dinner was equally impressive. I had a wild garlic soup followed by salmon with mashed potatoes, and both dishes were simply excellent. Compliments to the chef – clearly someone with great skill and passion. The hotel itself feels like a modern-day palace – stylish yet warm, luxurious yet welcoming. This place is truly a hidden gem in Budapest and sets the bar very high. I will gladly return, and I can recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, class, and world-class hospitality.

My recent stay at Kimpton BEM Hotel Budapest was an excellent experience. This beautiful 5-star superior hotel, located on the Buda side of the city, over looking a small park and the Danube River. The neighborhood is charming and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly, providing top-tier service that made the visit even more enjoyable. Every detail was handled with care, reflecting the hotel's commitment to excellence. The only minor downside was that the rooms could have been a bit more spacious, but they were still well-designed and comfortable. Overall, a fantastic stay—I would definitely return!
