Váci Street Downtown Apartments

The appartment is not as seen on the pitcures but run down and filthy. The first thing I noticed was the insctes (silverfish) and the long hair from previous guests in the bath and around the bed. the fridge and the kitchen were filthy. the drain in the bath and kitchen smell bad. the sweeping mop they use to clean was also filthy. the host refused to find a solution and stopped answering messages. *********** also did not care..

Great apartment that has all you need. Very close to the center of Budapest. Will visit again.

It was a great location. Konrád was very quick to help with any issues & gave lots of useful information before arriving.

Clean, well equipped apartment, but a bit on the small side. Nice bathroom, basic kitchen. Overall a good value choice for the location.

Amazing stay, great location and lovely apartment. We were given great information for accessing the apartment from the helpful host. Flat was a great size. Nearby attractions and the danube, on a quieter part of the main shopping street :)

Sandor, the owner was a great host and very communicative. The apartment is in the downtown area, right on the edge of all the shops and restaurants, so everything within reach. It was clean and comfortable, with high ceilings and your own kitchen. It is located on the 2nd floor with a security code and four keys needed, bur Sandor guides you through the process and it’s secure. Now that prices have increased Budapest is not as cheap as it used to be with £3.50 beers £7 cocktails and average £15 p/h one course meal, so I would take advantage of the apartment kitchen if you’re on a budget and buy your own supplies. Overall a great alternative stay to the more expensive hotels.

Check in and check out very simple, safe, clean. instructions as promised received on time. Communication with owner was excellent and would recommend and return. Thanks

Excellent location within walking distance of all the sight seeing and on a great street, The apartment was very clean and tidy and a great size with all the amenities we needed, Owner was very easy to get hold of. Only downside was the comfort of the bed.
