Ash Mill Farm Bed & Breakfast

My husband and I just stayed here for a night to celebrate my birthday and we had a great time. I will preface this by saying, you have to go in with knowing that this is a very old property/bed and breakfast so it will not be immaculate. With that said, I loved our stay. Izzy and Joe were wonderful hosts! Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful with suggestions for local things. Our bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was a favorite as well. The property itself was also fun with all the animals that you can feed at any time and our cottage door opened up right into the animal pen (I think my husband enjoyed that the most). It is very close to local shopping like Peddlers Village, which we thouroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was a little smaller of portions, HOWEVER, everything was very good! Izzy made these breakfast type cookies that were so so good, I wish I would have asked for the recipe!

Needs work. The Inn Keepers were nice and communicated well about the stay. The place needs work. Stayed in the library room. The room smelled musty and later noticed cobwebs in the bathroom ceiling with few bugs. Room looks unfinished with bathroom partially painted with shower stall that is sized like a coffin. We were staying 1 night for a nearby wedding or would have bagged it. Also was bit thrilled with the Inn Keepers out of bed look for breakfast. The male Inn keeper serving barefoot is not acceptable cleanliness.

Farmhouse gem!!! We came for my birthday weekend at this charming and beautiful bed and breakfast and we will definitely be back!! The building and grounds are picturesque, it is so fun to interact with the adorable farm animals , and the food and service is wonderful from the lovely couple who are the innkeepers. Definitely book a stay in this Bucks County gem!

The location of the farm is really great. Close to Peddler’s Village, New Hope, and Doylestown. Izzy and Joe are very friendly hosts and very engaged. The breakfasts were great, and they woke up early to make sure we are when we had to leave for an early flight. Petting and feeding the animals was a highlight. We will be staying there again when we visit the area!

We stayed in the Buckingham room. It was quite comfortable despite the cold weather that week. It's a charming colonial farm house with all the conveniences, and just down the road from Peddler's Village!

Beautiful property and the staff is so nice and friendly! I would definitely recommend!
