We stayed in an apartment for 4 people for 2 days. The room is not big but functional for 4 people. We didn’t use small kitchen area as there wasn’t enough space if we opened the sofa bed. Overall the room is clean, but a bit old for the furnitures and facilities. The toilet is a bit small too. But it’s in a good location, walkable distance to everywhere e.g. just 12min walk to the Grand-Place.

Best hotel i ever stayed in Brussels. Near to attractive places. Good deal for family!

Good atmosphere in hotel, too expencive breakfast ( 17eu/person), but nearby are two stores,so 4 member family can eat all various breakfast for 10-15eu (in apartmant with kitchen) instead 68eu.

Superb location with great connectivity to public transport. Rooms are clean with a practical kitchen. Free tea, coffee and water. Helpful staff. If only the room had a balcony - it would have been perfect. I happily recommend !!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Had a studio apartment with everything you could need. Beside the metro and a close walk to grand place. Would highly recommend

The room condition is unlike other Citadines that I have stayed before as it is definitely much worn out than it looked on website hotel photo. Worst of all there is no air-conditioner in the room and many stayed out at the courtyard located center of the hotel during hot summer nights. We could hear noises from people gathering outside the courtyard even at 12 midnight since we have to leave window open to keep cool. The only phone in the room was broken and my wife was rudely treated by an unfriendly staff, an African Belgian Male in his 30s (Front desk on duty on 16Aug from 11am to 12noon) for not picking up the checkout reminder call from a broken phone. He pounded at the room door and ordered my wife to vacate the room in 5 minutes time and threatened for late checkout charges if failed to comply. My wife was turned down in a hostile manner by him when she pleaded for extra 15minutes as we are in the midst of packing up already. At the end we have to leave the room panically. This was the worst experience with my many Citadines stays both hospitality and amenities. And will sure have to checkout and survey closely before booking any Citadines since they are not all the same standard. We have taken photo on all hotels that we have stayed for this trip but this is the only one that we did not want to take any photo of the room as this is definitely not the one that we would want to remember.

酒店離布魯塞爾市中心很近，步行10分鐘可到達。酒店乾淨整潔，門口自動門，非入住患者不能進來，安全性比較高。冬天來暖氣比較足。

不錯，停車20歐元一晚上 自己開車去就比較方便 吃早飯26歐元一份 房間裏沒有牙刷牙膏，要自己帶 拖鞋要自己帶 基本沒有服務可言 歐洲都這樣，帶好裝備吧 沒有礦泉水，自己帶，切記 如果不在酒店吃早飯，就自己準備一點乾糧 衞生一般，臨街吵，自己帶個毛巾吧 比利時的交通堪憂，開車注意安全

公寓酒店，我們定的是一個緊湊的小房間。佈局合理，有一個敞開式小廚房。櫃子裏日常餐具都有。有個迷你洗碗機， 微波爐，電爐子。熱水壺。廁所也不是很小。有浴缸。有洗髮水浴液。小肥皂，柔順劑。 要自己帶拖鞋，牙刷，牙膏。這些沒有。 位置我很喜歡，步行到核心區十來分鐘，窗外風景還很好。樓下就有個優雅的環保超市，很小的門。好像叫farm東西比城裡其他家樂福稍微貴些。但高質量，出入人可見的應該是高收入人羣。另一側還有一個快捷家樂福。 酒店有自己地下停車場，能從窄小的入口開進出還需要一定技術。我租的suv，路上和地庫都給揉幾把。 總之像我們住在德國來這裏玩兩天還是很OK。而且我們臨時決定，訂到的房子超級便宜。估計是last deal 那種價格。

房間夠大，但是廁所沒打掃乾淨……服了。住了幾天沒有打掃房間的服務。 噪音還是有點。 有廚房，有餐具。沒有洗護用品和拖鞋
