This place is soo good! I was happily surprised, i knew it would be good but the service was the thing that went beyond all expectations. Every staff member was perfect. Gym is really cool and weird in the basement. Breakfast is fantastic; you choose between either a buffet, multi course meal that is different every day or both! Food is great. The restaurant serves dinner too, though i did not eat there. The rooms are old and feel a bit 80's, though there still good. Some details that stood out: During checking the front desk attendent gave use some maps and lots of details about Brugge. The tissue box, as you see in one of the photos was shaped like a rose. Exensive minbar offerings Mini sundeck on the top floor Highly recommend!

Old world charm in a very old city. Gorgeous hotel with great service!! Room was gorgeous and this hotel is worthy of all the awards and accolades it has earned. Centrally located and convenient. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! We had a great time!!!

Pros: Small boutique hotel at the back of the main square. Excellent location. Excellent personal touch. Breakfast buffet with champagne is a must. Attention to details. Sauna was a bonus. Down to earth owners Excellent staff. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cons: Nothing at this visit.

Great hotel. Great location only 1 block from the center of the city on a VERY quiet side street. No car noise at night. Wonderful front desk staff who went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. Great luxury of having a private steam room and sauna.

This is hotel is a gem. Everybody is here to take great care about you. Beds are super comfy. Located at 30 seconds walk from the Beffroi. Breakfast is remarkable. Dinner at mystique was delicious. Don t miss it. It s simply a perfect choice!!!

We had 2 rooms. They advertise A/C in both however only 1 had a working A/C. They gave us a fan and told us to open a window. Bugs came in so it was even more miserable. The room with AC was pleasant but it would be a gable to stay here not knowing if you will have A/C. They could have changed out room, fixed the A/C, gotten a room A/C, but they did none of those things. I wrote to the GM and asked what he wanted to do to make this up to me and 5 days later I still have not heard from him. If you want to risk being hot and not sleeping well then the location is great, the front desk staff is wonderful and the dinning is amazing. But isn't a night's sleep the absolute basic at a 5 star Relais & Châteaux hotel? Wouldn't you expect the GM to reply in a timely manner? I am disapointed in them and I am sorry to have to write this review like this.

You find this hotel to be an amazing gem in the old part of the city. Situated in an old manor house the hotel has old charme that you can not find in new build hotels.

Your hotel is so beautiful, warm, charming and authentic. We will forever have such magical memories of Brugge because of the magnificent hospitality you have created and gave us.
