We had just come off of a two-week trip from England and France and our final week was in Belgium. We were already tired and really wished that we had skipped the final week and just gone home. After a short cab ride from the train station to the Heritage Hotel we were greeted immediately by the receptionist (Melenda) and another young lady who immediately took our bags to the room. (This young lady was impressive because she weighed less than all our baggage combined.) In a few minutes we were in our room which was incredible with the young lady showing us the room and the features. The room was immaculate and had so much character. We got our second wind at that point and were glad we stayed that extra week. Our energy was renewed. Brugge is a very historic town and because we loved the town and hotel so much we stayed an extra night (4 in total) before we moved on the Brussels. I can’t say enough about the staff or the hotel itself. Many hotels are beautiful, but this hotel had both beauty and character. We will be back.

Old world charm in a very old city. Gorgeous hotel with great service!! Room was gorgeous and this hotel is worthy of all the awards and accolades it has earned. Centrally located and convenient. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! We had a great time!!!

Totally enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Heritage in Brugge. The service, rooms and complete hotel experience was outstanding and will definitely return next we are in Brugge

Hotel is in a great location just a couple blocks from main shopping and busy areas. Front desk staff was super friendly and had some good recommendations, they even booked a walking tour for us. There is some good restaurants around the corner and the restaurant in the hotel was amazing. Recommend this place.

The hotel heritage is one of those experiences you get what you pay for. It’s expensive but the service is impeccable and first rate. The breakfasts are both buffet and you can order Ala carte eggs or waffles. Th coffee is good and plentiful and I appreciate the fresh squeezed OJ. Bishnu took special care of us. She couldn’t have more professional or lovely. The room was small but it worked for our purposes. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a nice space with a comfortable shower. If you have mobility issues I can see the shower being a problem though. The products are very good too. We appreciate the cleanliness of the room and the complimentary chocolates at night. The hotel also recommended a really good restaurant -Diligence- that we thoroughly enjoyed. My only small quibble was the gym wasn’t really good for a workout. Otherwise the hotel is perfect.

Hotel Heritage was a lovely surprise, elegant but comfortable. This boutique hotel is centrally located within walking distance to all of Bruge. Great breakfast buffet with eggs cooked to order. Service was fantastic. Thank you Hotel Heritage.
