B&B In Bruges

This is a lovely B&B and we throughly enjoyed our three nights. The B&B is a short 5 minute walk from Bruges' Markt and the main shopping / tourist areas. The room had everything we needed, it was clean and tidy and the bed very comfortable. The room was serviced each day too. There was also a separate sitting room with a kitchenette which came in handy. Breakfast was delicious with yoghurt, cereal, fruit, cheese, meat, fish, juice, tea, coffee, breads and a choice of scrambled / boiled eggs or an omelette. The staff serving breakfast were kind, friendly and efficient. Breakfast is served each morning in a lovely cellar room. The owners communicated with us very well before our arrival. We were provided with a code for a key pad on the main door. Our room key was in the lock of our room. We didn't expect anything beyond this on arrival. All in all, we would very happily stay here again! Note about previous people's reviews... 1) This is not a hotel - the clue is in the name. Don't expect the 24/7 service you might get in a hotel. 2) This is a three storey town house with a cellar room. There are stairs. There is no way the owners could install a lift without redesigning the entire building. Put up with the stairs.
