Wonderful experience. Such a beautiful little hotel in a very central area. The staff are lovely and the rooms are quaint and cosy. The building itself is also beautiful and historic. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, lovely hotel, buffet breakfast was good value and convenient. Location was spot on and the family room was cosy, clean and had loads of space. Nuts from mini bar were cheaper than in the supermarket which we couldn’t believe. Only downside was the shower head wouldn’t stay in the holder so we had to hold it to shower which was a shame. Overall we would return if we came back to Bruges.

We travel on city breaks quite a lot and I’d say this hotel is good/average. It’s in a good location, it’s quiet and clean and comfortable. It’s a little bit dated though and could do with a lick of paint and some new carpets. Breakfast was €19 and has everything other city hotels provide. We were going to eat out for breakfast but it worked out a similar price outside and the hotel meant you could get a few cups of coffee and as much food as you needed. Brugge is quite expensive compared to other cities and you cannot get tap water alongside your meal and alcohol anywhere. They want you to buy bottled water only. Strange concept being from the uk where we are served free jugs without asking. Top tip, visit the Halve Mann brewery for a lovely lunch then tour of the brewery. The Jaans hospital is beautiful. Bruges is such a beautiful place.

The hotel itself is beautiful and the front desk team couldn't be more helpful. Room was fairly small and unfortunately full of mosquitoes which led us to check out on the second day at 6.30am, which was disappointing. Located close to the centre square and parking was close by.

The hotel is in a beautiful old building. There is a 24 hr reception (.useful as we arrived at 11pm due to a bus strike). Minutes from the centre of Bruges in a quiet street. We had a standard double room with a lovely high ceiling ; ample space with controllable heating/AC. They don’t do dinners but there are huge number of restaurants in Bruge. Breakfast quite expensive but very extensive. Would definitely recommend it for a city break.

This place is located close to the central area of town (about a 8 minute walk) and also has a great parking facility underground nearby (about a 3 minute walk). I'm not sure what the 24hr rate was, but we were there from the afternoon to morning (each day) and paid around 13 Euros. We never ate at the hotel, but the room was nice and everything went fine. It's a very quiet hotel. I only have positive things to say about this hotel and would stay there again when going to this beautiful town of Bruges. Oh, lastly be sure to see Ghent and the Gravensteen castle. It's another excellent small town.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. We had a double room (two beds) and it had a fridge and coffee maker. Easy walk to the center and surrounding areas. Close to public transportation. From the train station, about a 3 block walk. Cobblestones all the way. Great breakfast in the hotel for $17 euros.

We had two rooms here for three nights between Christmas and New Year. The hotel is really very good, it is looking a little tired in places and the rooms are quite small and in need of updating (ours had some damp/fungal patches on the ceiling) but the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water and the breakfast was great. It is ideally situated 3 minutes walk from the underground car park and 5 minutes from the market area. If I'm in Bruges again I will very likely stay here again.
