Very rich interior hotel. Clean, nice, warm. Breakfast is amazing with that cheeses, berries, champagne.

Great room with wonderful views. Great bed and bath, and lovely coffee set up. Staff was so helpful. Wonderful location. Excellent breakfast!! Best of the trip.

Our stay in this hotel was amazing.Staff so friendly and helpful, I couldn’t wish for any better. Location is superb, right in the centre. Room was perfect , it was Duplex Quadruple Family room. Beautiful luxurious interior, so much space ,clean . It’s was like two separate bedroom's link by stairs to upstairs with all you need another bathroom, massive bed and TV , coffee and tea making facilities in both places upstairs and downstairs. Perfect!!! Hotel staff was so nice , it’s was my birthday so they organised special cake for me . Thanks to James, he is part of family which owns this amazing hotel . Nick in reception was really good and helpful, helped us to choose to book good locals restaurants . Breakfast was really good , choice and quality 5 stars, they specifically accommodated my daughter dietary requirements as gluten and dairy free. We planing to come back to this hotel again . Thank you to everyone in hotel for making our stay so special.

Outstanding hotel! Go and stay. We stopped here for a couple of nights whilst visiting Bruges for our 1st anniversary. From arrival, the hotel and owners were just incredible. We checked in to some lovely complimentary chocolates and cocktails to welcome us. The facilities were lovely, elegantly designed rooms and just the most amazing additions to the room. The bed was so comfy. The little touches made the visit special, with some surprises left for us each day. We left feeling we were so incredibly well looked after. Thank you to the family making our visit so special. You are amazing!

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail in the decor is just fantastic. Each room is different, and the fit outs and bedding are the highest quality. Appreciated the little seating areas in the room as well, a nice touch. A lovely and very easy stroll from the centre of Bruges. Special thanks to Nick for his exceptional service - professional, courteous and only too happy to help with any requests! Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this hotel, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. You can really tell the difference with a family owned hotel, the attention to detail and care they have for their guests is incredible. Beautiful decor and luxurious bedrooms and beds. The breakfast was outstanding and in a charming underground room. We will definitely return. Location is also perfect!

Sadly very very sadly, could not stay there again, they do a wicked breakfast, but not dinner or lunch, massive let down. Up side.rooms are amazing and I mean amazing, but not but consolidation when your absolutely starving and have to find a pub that serves garbage and charges eye watering rated for utter utter garbage. Find another hotel, weird they actually could if they wanted cook dinner, but shows how highly they value our custom

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night on Wednesday, December 13th. This hotel is beautiful and clean inside and out. We very much enjoyed the ability to reserve a private parking spot in the back. The location is very close (walkable) to all of the sites. The breakfast has a wonderful ambiance and was very tasty with a nice selection. There is a bar and lounge on site as well which we enjoyed for a drink after a full day of walking Bruges. Check in/out was very easy. Don't hesitate to stay at this wonderful hotel.
