In the hamlet Špinotija 1 km from the centre of Nova Vas, 3 km from the centre of Brtonigla, 8 km from the centre of Novigrad, in a quiet, sunny position, 8 km from the sea. Private: property 1'050 m2 (fenced), garden with wildlife garden, swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. We had a great stay in a state of the art villa. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom en suite & there were also 2 more toilets and 1 master bathroom - great. The pool with terrace and outdoor kitchen with another toilet and complete kitchen leave
