酒店服務很差，要求添加被子時，服務員拿臟被子敷衍，要求更換時，竟然把被子扔在地上，並在地上操作更換被罩，服務態度極差，服務操作極其不規範。

This was my 3rd visit to New Hall having previously stopped last September .I struggle with my mobility and the staff go above and beyond to both help me and make me feel welcome . Beautiful hotel & Grounds , the food is out of this world but it has to be said the hotels biggest asset is its staff. Special mentions this time to Pedro in the restaurant, Sarah on reception and Emma in the bar who all enhanced my visit with their kindness , knowledge and the fact that they all went out of their way for a chat when I was visiting on my own. I look forward to coming back in June where I have taken advantage of a special offer. Finally just to say this hotel & its staff have had such an impact on me I will not consider stopping anywhere else . Yours Sincerely Mr Richard Chapman

Booked Afternoon Tea with my friend. Had the best massage I have ever had by Stephanie who was friendly, professional and helpful. We then had an amazing selection of food that was delicious. Highly recommend a visit to New Hall, all of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Massage day + afternoon tea with my partner. I was seen to by Laura, who completed a full body massage while my partner was massaged by another lady. Both were absolutely fantastic. Laura was absolutely phenomenal, a true credit to the spa and likely the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve had shoulder pain for months and it had almost cleared up fully after she worked on my back. Her customer service and skills set a wonderful ambient atmosphere leaving me wanting to be a weekly guest! Keep up the good work - a true credit to the spa and brand.

We had the best stay The building and spa was beautiful However what made our stay was Emma, her service was fantastic, but she also had a huge amount of knowledge of the building and showed us around! She was an absolute star! Alongside Pedro & Mo out of this world service! Food insanely good! Props to the chef!

The perfect relaxing break! Our room was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfasts were very plentiful and delicious. The spa was lovely, warm and relaxing, and very quiet in the evenings. We had it almost to ourselves!

Amazing hotel with beaifoul gardens and a great spa. I was there with my wife for our honeymoon and we had a lovely time. Great staff, kind and helpfull.Olivia in particular helped us a lot during our stay.We hope to be back to the New Hall as soon as possible.

From the moment we arrived for our afternoon tea we felt like Kings and Queens we were welcomed and made to feel very special we were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary We were able to sit outside in the lovely gardern terrace which was perfect weather was just right Staff were so helpful friendly and explained about the afternoon tea which arrived on a three tiered platter which looked a picture Beautiful cut sandwiches warm creme scones and lovely selection of little fancy cakes Part way through our visit a plate arrived with the word happy anniversary which was a wonderful touch This is the nicest afternoon tea and experience we have had Thank you to everyone who made our celebration so special and one to remember

Excellent hotel, the grounds are fantastic staff very friendly can’t wait to return , the food was of excellent quality and very nice, we both had a massage which was also excellent , our room was ready before 3 pm which was a bonus, the weather was hot so made it extra nice as we could sunbathe
