The new owners of this place are investing in doing renos. they just put new carpets in the room i Was in. Nice!

Very supportIve staff & comfortable rooms for family stay. Has laundry service as well. Regularly cleaned & maintained. Car parking available near room entrance. Had an excellent stay with family for more than a week 👍👍

Customer service was great! Super friendly and professional. The room however left a lot to be desired. The floors under the bathroom sink were very dirty, there were crumbs around both beds, I found a used tissue on the floor beside one of the beds and the shower sprayed water all over the ceiling. Rooms are pretty outdated and just didn't feel clean or well maintained.

This motel is great value for the budget conscious traveller. The beds are clean and fairly comfortable. The road outside thr motel is busy in the morning so it is loud. The clerk at check in was friendly and helpful.

It's a very old motel in need of renovation. The checkin was terrible. The clerk couldn't find my reservation. Every hotel in Brooks were booked. Once he found it, I was informed no room was assigned to me. It took over 1 hr to sort it out.
The room was dirty, with dust on the dishes, i had to clean the fridge and microwave before using them, the bath tub was disgusting, no hairdryer in the room and I had to ask for a remote for the TV as none was not in the room. At least the bed sheets were clean and the bed comfortable.

The beds and bathroom were clean, but the small kitchen nook left something to be desired. The outside parking lot was littered with cigarette butts, and the stairs and upper deck could use a sweeping.

The motel is older but clean and shower had good pressure out of the other more expensive hotels we stayed in 3 nights prior. Friendly staff, guy waited up for me for my late check in (midnight) and was very gracious about. Would stay there again 👍

The staff was great. Was not impressed that i was given the wrong room at 1st , had to pack and unpack again to a different room . Air conditioner didnt work. The maintenance man went above and beyond to try to fix the problem. Try to find us another room but that air conditioner didnt work either. Brought us a small fan till manger was available. Then the fan blade was put on backwards so that didnt work. Manager did come and give us a bigger fan and solved the problem, it did help and we could actually fall asleep. I probably will never stay there again, to much hassle.
