Very comfortable hotel right at the canals. Very close to a major restaurant and club area so a bit loud in the evening but windows are well insulated. Comfortable bed and well maintained bathroom. Staff was friendly. There is a large parking garage next to the hotel and 24 hour parking, when paid at the hotel, is £18.

Excellent location, near the restaurants and galleries of central Bristol, 5 minutes walk to Park Street. Friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent location- near the waterfront and attractions (for me, the Arnolfini and Watershed, where the film festival was held), and restaurants, cafes, etc. I had a room on the 6th floor, away from the waterfront, and it was great- roomy and quiet. Will definitely book again!

Nice comfortable hotel with very friendly reception staff and the rooms are also very clean. Bed was super comfortable, I really liked the setup of this hotel. Everything was perfect

Gorgeous hotel with a great bar and restaurant. Fab location and vistas onto the harbour. Handy for transport links too. Good service. Received free upgrade to a Classic Room. Sadly no view except concrete. The bar inside is classy and elegant, outside you could watch the world go by for hours. A very nice Chablis was had.

The hotel was very smart modern and clean. Our room was small but we had booked a standard room. Price was good compared to other hotels locally. The hotel is right next to the harbour and in the middle of a bustling nightlife. We hadn’t considered this when booking. Although the location was great, the noise from outside could be heard so loudly in our room at night. I actually thought a window was open, but it wasn’t. This went on till the early hours, music, shouting etc, so we found it hard to sleep. The bed was very comfortable though and the room spotlessly clean. Tea/coffee facilities were provided in our room, an iron and hairdryer were also there. The bathroom had a good shower, towels were provided. We didn’t dine but I did purchase a drink from the bar. After paying I was told it would be brought over to me. When it was the bartender informed me my card had declined and asked me to pay again. I did, however when I checked my bank later both payments had been paid out. Not very happy about this. Although a nice looking hotel and great price, due to the noise level at night we wouldn’t stay again. If that wouldn’t bother you the hotel would be a great choice.

Location is good. Takes 15 minutes to get to the station and 5 minutes to go to the city centre. Looks old building but reception area was fine. Room was just okay and tiny. There is a drawer under TV but it hasn’t closed at all. It kept opening. Also I left message about allocating nice view due to special occasion but they didn’t read and they gave terrible view room. Was really disappointed. Toilet is also tiny when I showered the water has been came out all the time. I don’t think it is 4 star hotel…

Stayed at this hotel several times. It's in a great location, is clean & presented very well. Staff are very helpful & friendly. Our room was slightly disappointing, as although a good size, the bathroom was quite small, the air-con was noisy & the double bed dipped in the middle. However, would happily stay here again on our next trip to Bristol.

普通的大床房1700多，我覺得很貴，而且設施並不好，一開空調就會有噪音，一走過桌子前的地面就有地板的響聲，我在6樓的房間離電梯很遠，而且竟然需要走一小段台階，這對於拿行李箱的人非常不方便。非常不建議住這裏，除非你覺得很便宜。
