Had a problem with the online booking and the Hotel staff could not have been more helpful. Special thank you to Stacy who looked after me impeccably. Room clean and bright and appears freshly decorated . Will definitely return if ever need arises in the future.

Stayed here for 2 nights rooms was lovely and clean. 2 lovely girls Kelly ann nat were very helpful with my stay checking in checking out etc wpuld definitely return again

On arrival a beautiful corridor recently painted. A room with little or no ventilation allowed the fumes of the paint to be a major part of the visit. Even when I spoke to reception on 2 occasions to 2 different people there was no resolve. Well done on making the place look great. But at the expense of customers. Go visit and see the beautiful corridors. Go stay In a pleasant room. It's a shame you'll miss needing the fan on all night and the windows open to allow the fumes out. We visit travel lodges all the time. This was the worst visit ever.

Well past it’s best. Only really adequate. Cleanliness standards could have been better. Nearby catering facilities quite basic - small Burger King and Costa. Reflects the reduced overall usage of the bridge since the newer bridge was opened.

Hotel nice and clean, staff very friendly and helpful with information, room was clean and fresh. Bed comfy, had a decent night sleep. Plenty of tea and coffee and more in reception if needed.

Needed a few days away from home and this hotel was perfectly located off the beaten path, whilst still being a short drive away from civilisation! Team were super engaging and the manager was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is currently undergoing some renovation for the next couple of weeks so I’m excited to come back and the end of summer and see what is looks like. Great value for money and the team were very welcoming
