Great hotel with great service

Very disappointing. The bathtub was filthy (see pictures＜), dirty bed cover, broken coffee machine, very basic breakfast with terrible coffee. Overall quality below average cheap interstate motel. I cannot believe this hotel got Choice

You receive a great value for your money here. The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. Because it is located between two major thoroughfares it can be a little noisy but we found running the HVAC fan helps with white noise. The breakfast is standard and the coffee was outstanding.

I spent 3 nights here over a race weekend. Whilst the outside does need maintenance the rooms are pleasant. Greeting by the front desk was quick and friendly. I was lucky as I read prior reviews and had asked for a room at the back, away from the highway. There is only a local road out back and the noise is bearable and ceases during sleeping time. The room itself is newer and was clean when I arrived. There were some hairs in the tub but I suppose you can’t have things cleaned perfectly everytime. Plenty of desk space to place things, power outlets on the lamp. The bath area is a good size with a bathtub shower. Toiletries included shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, whilst soap was in bars. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were too fluffy and small for me. The room did not get hot when the a/c was turned off at night. The only disappointment and room for improvement is the breakfast. The healthier options were pretty much non-existent and you are offered waffles, sugar-loaded cereals, fruit bars, sausage egg and cheese biscuits and yoghurt. There was some fruit but not much. Coffee was regular or decaf and it was strong, but quickly runs out after 10 cups or so. I realise you cannot expect a lot at this price but some other choices would be great. Also, right on 9am the breakfast stuff was hauled away. One night I didn’t get to bed till 1am so Management could have kept it out an hour longer, especially as most guests were attending the race. I’d be happy to return based on the cost and quality of the rooms.

We stayed for 5 days beginning 7-22-23. I asked for room service daily to make the bed, fresh towels and remove the garbage. They only made the bed 1 time after I went to the front desk and told them that evening and then the next morning prior to us going out for the day. They even have a comment in the rooms that they will change the bedding for extended guest after 3 days. I complained to the front desk every evening and in the mornings it just fell on deaf ears. We did discover one night coming back to our room that someone had been in our room as the curtain was opened and ac turned down. However nothing else was done in the room that day so we don’t know why someone was in our room I again mentioned this to the front desk and no answer. This hotel is in between to main roads so you will hear traffic going by all night. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to rest and refresh I DO NOT recommend staying here. I was told the general manager would contact me it never happened while I was staying at the hotel nor afterwards it’s been 4 days now.

This quality inn was a lot better than a lot of the other places we saw. The reception lady was very nice and friendly. The unit felt very clean and neat. Had a coffee machine and a TV. The outside view of the quality inn doesn't look inviting but was really nice to stay.

This is an older place but they have really updated it. Clean, good air/ heat. And the lady that checked us in was so nice ans helpful. I will definitely keep this place in mind the next time we come through. If you want a clean motel without paying and arm and leg, with nice helpful desk, this is it. Thank yall

Average hotel for this chain. Comfortable room and expected amenities. Disappointed in breakfast offerings especially for diabetics. Staff were friendly. A little tricky to get downhill to the entrance and parking lot. Should have checked Trip Advisor before booking.

Don't let the outside fool you this was a very nice and clean very comfy bed hotel. The outside just needs attention and it will be great. Not noisy either. Lucky to get a room since it was race weekend. If in the area again we will be back. Don't pass it by.
