I dont feel like its a 4/5 star hotel, old building and very small bath room, services were ok, the staffs were not professional enough! Just a simple question about breakfast buffet but had to ask 2 people to confirm and even they were not quite sure about it!

Location is perfect but always need to queue up at counters for anything or inquiry. They need to improve their way of queuing say to set up lines to let Customers queue properly.

The location is close to the city. The staff are kind. But the cleanliness of the hotel was full of disappoin**ent. I had to ask for a room clean upon arrival due to the dust everywhere, especially on the shelves above the fridge and desk. The staff kindly cleaned the room again. But then the room started to smell, especially the bathroom. It seemed like a dirty, sticky cloth was used to wipe. Flies were everywhere in the room and the aisle, and they kept coming like somebody in the hotel was raising them. Then the bed sheet got stained, and I had to ask to change it before bed. It was full of surprises, and I don’t recommend spending time and money here unless it improves or you have absolutely no other option.
The amenities were provided but no dental kit.. why
