Expect to be treated according to the country of your passport by the old white man at the reception.
My brother is resident of Germany but he was yelled at to show his passport. And we couldn’t do the checkin until the 4 of us (family members) were present at the reception to get our 2 rooms. As a French citizen, my iD card was accepted and the treatment changed when I arrived. Also, two other Italian ladies arrived after us but were received kindly with nice words and smiles.
Although we arrived late (8pm) & they knew about it in advance the rooms weren’t ready. One of the rooms smelled badly cigarettes & mold.
The beds and towels were clean. The location is good. We were there just to sleep as we couldn’t find any other option but I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have really really no other option.

Very convenient location in relation to the ferry to and from Greece. Very friendly staff!

The Hotel room is very comfortable, the room is well organized and clean. The only thing I found odd about the hotel is that you have to go half a floor up to catch the elevator and it goes up to the 2nd floor only so if you (like me) are residing on the 3rd floor you will have to climb a floor every time you go out.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questa struttura che dire, una notte da dimenticare hotel fatiscente non so come possa avere 3 Stelle. Sporco bagno rattoppato con piastrelle di vari colori avevamo la colazione inclusa ma al mattino siamo letteralmente scappati via

La stanza aveva un odore nauseante di fumo, nonostante la finestra aperta, le tende e le coperte erano impregnate (in corridoio non c'era odore). Il letto aveva la rete sfondata e il cuscino molto piatto. La doccia non aveva diffusore. Con le finestre aperte, la stanza risultava rumorosa.

Hotel retro, andrebbe ristrutturato. Ideale per passare una notte se si è in partenza o arrivo dal porto di Brindisi sia per posizione che per costo. Non adatto a persone schizzinose, per quelle c'è il Grand Hotel. Le camere sembrano le case delle nonne degli anni 70 ma c'è l'aria condizionata, la tv , la biancheria pulita e il letto comodo. Di fronte la struttura c'è il parcheggio pubblico
