Alicia at the reception was very friendly, but there was NO internet signal in the room, the water in the shower fluctuated and was freezing cold during the shower. Quality breakfast

We arrived 1pm at the hotel and the reception told us to come back after 2 hrs. However, she suddenly told us there is a room available and gave us the room key immediately hence we were able to check in earlier and rest ealier at our room. We were very happy with their service and prompt arrangement.

Modern hotel. Comfortable and clean. No issues at hotel. Some parts of the walk from train station to hotel are cobblestones walkways so not so easy to roll luggage.

Very close to the Brig station, friendly staff and good size room. However the hairdryer is not working properly and hot water turn very cold sometimes

About 5mins walk from train station. Room is big and clean. Recommended!

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel idéalement situé en plein centre, parfait pour découvrir la ville à pied. La chambre était confortable avec une literie exceptionnelle, des draps d'une douceur remarquable qui garantissent un sommeil réparateur. La vue depuis la chambre était magnifique, ajoutant une touche spéciale au séjour. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié, avec une mention spéciale pour le pain, absolument délicieux. Une excellente adresse que je recommande vivement !

景觀很好,小陽枱面對着城堡和雪山，傍晚日落時特別美，可以小酎。早餐一般，冷盤多，熱菜衹有雞蛋和香腸。前台很友好。
