At 800 m from the village of Breuillet, near the forest, we offer an apartment located on the ground floor (basement) of our house with: - two rooms: two beds of 140 and a bed of 90 for child and bed-umbrella, - fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and all the necessary for your well being, - living room with TV WIFI, - courtyard for the car and your meals outside (barbecue at your disposal, garden furniture), - a few km from Royan, the Palmyra and the seaside, - 500m from the bakery (pharmacy, tobacconist, butchers, restaurants, medical center ...). - A deposit of 300 € will be required upon your arrival, return at the end of your rental if everything is in order.
