Parkschein für 1 Tag 10 € funktionierte nicht
Waren für 1 Nacht da war ok aber keine 4 Sterne

Das Personal war sehr nett! Jedoch, das Licht im Zimmer ging nicht wurde durch eine stehlampe gelöst, der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht,so wie der Luft Abzug in der Toilette. Hatten am Samstag als wir von einer Hochzeit kamen das Gefühl unsere Toilette wurde mehrfach benutzt. Bei dem Wetter natürlich extrem angenehm. Der Boden klebte anscheinend nur mit Putzmittel gewischt. Der Schminkspiegel war nicht nutzbar da eine schraube fehlte.

As we planned to stay in Bretten just for 1 night, we booked Dormero offering simple rooms at good price. Upon arrival we were offered a room with one kingsize bed, although we'd asked for a two bed room in our reservation. The local staff was friendly enough to change the room. Alas, at that point they double charged my credit card for both rooms. Despite assurances that the double charge would be reimbursed, multiple calls and emails, I haven't got the money back until now. So, to sum up, everything's ok until something goes wrong - the follow-up service is sadly horrible.

We chose Dormero for its price when we were looking for a place to stay. Our friend was getting married in Neibsheim. We were 7 people, 4 rooms, 2 nights. There’s a huge parking lot in the next street. Checkin was smooth. The rooms were huge. Bathroom was a bit small but not bad. The location was also good. Walking distance to bakeries, restaurants, DM, groceries. Breakfast was quite expensive so we opted to go to a bakery instead. The gym was very good! I would give a 5, if my friend didn’t find a spider in their room and if my other friend didn’t have to keep waking up in the middle of the night to the noise of the fridge in her room. Tip: Don’t go to the asian restaurant next door. It’s very bad.
