酒店位置極佳 在佈雷西亞城堡後面 穿過400米隧道就到了城堡 房間很舒服 早餐很豐富 古色古香 極具意大利風格 值得入住 開車來比較方便 有免費停車場

L'albergo è in una posizione ottima a poche centinaia di metri dal centro storico di Brescia, vicino sono presenti vari bar dove potere fare colazione e qualche locale dove pranzare e cenare. Le camere sono buone e discretamente pulite. Per una coppia la stanza standard è perfetta, a noi è capitato un inconveniente abbiamo prenotato con Trip.com la camera standard di 16mq e ci hanno dato la camera francese più piccola, ma il vero inconveniente è stato che dal bocchettone dell'aspirazione dell'aria del bagno usciva puzza di fumo. Pertanto dopo averlo fatto presente purtroppo dopo la seconda notte, ci hanno cambiato la stanza dandoci la standard e fondamentalmente senza puzza di fumo. Alla fine se non ci fosse stato questo inconveniente il soggiorno sarebbe stato perfetto, peccato. Se sanno di questo problema non dovrebbero dare a nessuno queste stanze con problemi. All'inizio appena arrivati, sembrava che qualcuno avesse fumato da poco dentro la stanza e addirittura la receptionist ci ha anche arieggiato la stanza e spruzzato un prodotto che assorbe i fumi. Se ci avessero detto che il problema era invece la stanza avremmo cambiato subito stanza. Purtroppo credo che sappiano benissimo il problema di alcune stanze e continuano ad assegnarle. Cmq do una valutazione generale appena positiva.

Отличный отель с отличной траспортной доступностью, но при этом в шаговой доступности к историческому центру. Комфортый номер, хороший текстиль. Удобная парковка. Ужин в ресторане отеля понравился, так же был хороший завтрак.

自駕回米蘭的路上，聽説佈雷西亞（Brescia）這個城市不錯，就定了這個酒店，大概4星的標準吧，雖然有點老，但是房間大，收拾的很乾凈，早餐不錯。離景點近，走到新教堂和廣場，還有神廟遺址，大概20多分鐘。

Reception bella e accogliente, la camera buona tutto sommato ma i letti e cuscini non puliti perfettamente. La posizione è abbastanza centrale e il parcheggio gratuito e comodo. La Spa un po' troppo costosa a mio parere, non l'abbiamo provata

Ottimo il prezzo della camera per un ⭐⭐⭐⭐, ma il suo basso prezzo giustifica la camera di dimensioni minime,ottimo il servizio comunque.

We were so looking forward to getting to the hotel, especially as we had had a car accident just two hours previously, the initial reception experience was great and they seemed to be concerned and wanted to be helpful, so that was a plus. Things were not so great after that, the rooms are so bland and uninspiring, no pictures on the walls very stark and very unappealing, the tea making facilities, were not used as I refuse to drink hot drinks out of paper cups, every other hotel we have used on our Italy trip have been proper crockery. We ate in the hotel that evening, the main meals were ok, way too much food, so a lot wasted, the prices were reasonable, we asked for a bottle of water, then had to ask again, when it was not produced, the desserts were the highlight, as these were really nice, but then they were frozen out of a delivered box, not made on the site. The low point was all the cold vegetables, just laid in a semi cold chiller, it looks so inedible, but the flies were happy, the same for breakfast, it was a decent amount of food, as in variety, but it looked all so, not very edible, some of it looked like it had been their hours, the meats looked dry, the fruit was I assume fresh, but did not look it, the fruit juice machine liked to give more water than juice, and was quite watered down. Back to the room, and the bathroom, albeit in good order and clean, was not the most modern and up to date, the shower for anyone slightly over sized, like me, was a bit of a squeeze. Now the real issue, their internet is shockingly rubbish, it has taken me 85 minutes to get this written and posted, as the page keeps freezing or disappearing because there is no internet, we mentioned this to the reception yesterday, as we needed to get a lot of pictures and info to our insurance company, and the rebooted the server, and yes it did work a little better for about two hours then back to rubbish again, and again today, trying to access emails to check for important ones was a nightmare... it is not very good when a hotel like this can not provide the simple things like internet, hot water, crockery to drink out of and pleasant environments for the rooms. Would I stay here again, not if it were my choice, unfortunately it was not my choice on this occasion to stay here, as it was a group booking made by others.

The hotel situated in a good location, walking distance to castle, museum, local bars and town. Definitely go for the room with the jacuzzi you will not be disappointed. The front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable..Breakfast was fine. I will definitely stay here again when back in the Brescia area. Mske sure you go to the Musedo Di Santa Giulia and The Capitolium.

We enjoyed our stay at hotel master, the parking was at the back entrance to the hotel and felt really safe as only hotel guests and staff are able to enter. We mostly stayed in our room and enjoyed the bubblebathtub and had an overall very enjoyable stay. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

We were early and they let us into the room one hour before checkin since it was already ready, so great service, also we booked two nights in a row separately but they arrange we could spend both nights in the same room. MISLEADING: the swimming pool is vastly advertised however when we wanted to go there it was only available for 20 euro’s per person for 1 hour. If we had known in advance (it is very hard to find it in the information) we would have booked a different hotel!! Especially for this money there is places with swimming pools close to the city for less.

Good stay overall. However: Very MISLEADING statements on the website and ******* and even in the hotel regarding the onsite pool and jacuzzi. It was promoted as included, but you have to pay an extra 20 euros and book a "spa experience" hour. Not cool.

Room good Wi-Fi not always good the water mixer in the shower does not work, either cold water or hot, something in between was not available

At check in I asked about scheduling a massage for the following morning. Was told they no longer offer them. I asked about the pool & jacuzzi -was told they are 20 euro-somehow I missed this in hotel info…. But! It’s 10 euro because the Turkish bath is broken🙄. At 10Am I head to the reception desk in suit/cover (no robes)to ask where jacuzzi is? I’m told it must be reserved!? And its avail at noon (check-in gal said it was open at 9🤔). Not booked but they have to prepare it…ie turn on the heat? I’m very disappointed. What poor hotel practice to advertise massages and pools and jacuzzis and then they are basically unavailable. Finally no coffee in the room -bought a tablespoon of coffee for 2 euro only to drop it trying to fumble w/ the keycard which although my fault, further made this whole morning a disappointment. We are here 2 more nights & if our friends in Brescia hadn’t suggested this hotel- I would change. Finally beds are very hard.
