The room was very comfortable and the hotel staff friendly. Early check-in and late check out weren't a problem. Comfy beds, great powerful shower. WiFi workd fine with amazon stick. Our air-conditioning was pretty useless and the hotel doesn't have any maintenance staff at weekends (usual for a property of thst size, clearly to save money). Breakfast was average. Seemed understaffed so tables left dirty and buffet was slow to be refilled. Hot breakfast was good quality. Good coffee too. Location is good but a fair distance from a tube station. Train station 10 minutes walk but good bus service from outside the hotel to various places. Local area is really nice. A few food shops, restaurants and a new cinema too. Would stay here again.

Such yummy breakfast! Good location close to bus stop and train station. We had a nice view of the lock. Cosy Christmas vibes. Recommened!

Great location next to the lock. Close to Kew gardens which is a must see. Amazing local dinner spots. Room was comfy, clean and everything we needed.  Staff were helpful and friendly.  Would stay again!

Had no problem booking in, staff were very helpful and welcomed us with a friendly professional manner and with a smile. Room and amenitiea were of a good standard. We slept comfortably and really well. Lovely surrounding with the lock around😊. Very happy!

Nice enough, Room was ok nothing special decent bed and decent bathroom. Breakfast was good had everything you needed. Hotel has Gym didn't use it.

My room was upgraded and ready for me on arrival, it was very clean and there was also complementary water in my room. The Holiday Inn staff were very accommodating and helpful in every way. I was very disappointed that the WIFI didn't work throughout my whole stay I did tell them the issue they did move my room but the room they moved me too had no WiFi either. As a proffesional trader Internet connection is needed especially when they stated before the room was booked that they do provide working WiFi.

Nice room and bathroom, convenient location. Breakfast buffet was nice with a adequate selection. It would have been nice to have herbal tea in the room.

This hotel is good for the facility, which is good, especially the restaurant which is in the lobby, is very, delicious. But one thing is the location is not convenient that if you need to train station that you need to walk 10-15mins, and if you go to the London city centre approximately 45mins, so the tourism needs to focus on this point.
