Feuerstein Nature Family Resort

Amazing experience! I would definitely recommend the Feuerstein to the ones with little babies and kids. Great services like the babyclub (up to 60 hours per week of babycare included in the hotel services) and fantastic Spa (jacuzzi and Finnish sauna are superb) and pools. Even food at the restaurant was excellent, especially soups and meat. Will definitely visit you again. My baby Nicola enjoyed his stay as well . A positive review also for the professionalism of the fitness coach Paolo (during his functional and postural training sessions) and the babysitter Federica (provided me and Nicola with massive help during trekking trip to the Malga Alriss), that did a wonderful job. Excellent resort. Beautiful location. Food fantastic. Such an easy place to stay with young children. The 4 pools were excellent. We made use of the free activities including the wood working session, climbing wall, bungee trampolines and keychain making.

The hotel is perfect ! Nothing goes wrong, people are always available and there are opportunities for all ages. The only thing I would point as need for a change is the app that you use to book the activities that many times does not work saving the activities you booked. But for that we were always welcomed in any place. No problems at all.

Exactly what we needed as a family. We visited the hotel beginning of July, arriving very late into the evening and the night staff were so lovely. The hotel prepared us a platter to enjoy as we missed dinner. I have to congratulate management as all the staff were so polite, informative, kind and very happy. Everyone we spoke to were very happy and helped us with any questions or tips to do. The hotel has a fantastic program for children to adults every day from morning to the late evening. We were so impressed we honestly didn’t want to leave the hotel. They have a petting zoo, ponies and horses. Along with an indoor and outdoor pool with slides from baby to adult. There was a barn with many floors of activities, and a wood workshop for children to create their own work. Our children enjoyed the art rooms especially the mud room. Which is a brilliant idea for toddlers and small children. The trails around the hotel are serene. What I have to emphasize is the hotel is prepared for families with children. From steps in the dining area and facilities for children to wash their hands, to aprons, bibs and utensils that are all accessible. Robes and towels for all age groups. Snacks and special menus for picky eaters. Single and double buggy/ strollers/prams available for use for walks and hiking. A week was not enough. We definitely will come back! Excellent hotel in overall,from position,cleanless,staff and family.We was very satisfied,most important kids because we are searching for kids spot to avoid them to be bored.We are back for sure to this hotel next year.Thank you to all team

What shall I say the kids love it. and when I say they love it I mean they are close to shedding tears when we leave. The kids club is just great. Our kids are 3, 7 and 9 years old and they all enjoyed the stay a lot. My husband really likes the father sun football and I have the time of my life at the spa and in the gym. So there is something for everyone. Not to mention the stunning view and the hikes you can do. The food is pretty good for a family/kids restaurant. It could sometimes be better and the variety at the buffet is not outstanding but at least it helps to not put on a lot of weight .-) we have been here 5 times in the last 2 years... so we obviously enjoy it.

Absolutely my favorite vacation ever. Hotel was stunning with every amenity you could think of and many you wouldn’t even think to ask for! Close to beautiful hiking for all levels with refugios with amazing views and food. We also went mountain biking and up a gondola and hotel staff were so helpful in figuring it out. The buffet meals were incredible and the adult spa was perfection. Hoping to someday be able to come back!!!

Everything about this hotel is first class. The food, the staff, the facilities are all excellent. We visited with our two and a half year old and it was both a place where there were so many fantastic things for him to do and where there was fine dining and a lovely spa and beautiful setting for the grown ups. What was particularly brilliant is that we could do everything together as a family. A perfect holiday with a toddler. Thank you everyone at the Feuerstein. We hope to be back next year.

I have been to this hotel 3 times now, and I love coming here with my kid. It is the most kids friendly hotel ever! On top of that, then the food is amazing. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The facilities are brilliant, and I could go on and on…
