The hotel is not in the center, have a car o trasportation if needed. The restaurant was out of servicie the weekend i went, and there is Just one close by, so, few options around. Also the sign for not to clean the room was hanging and they did not care, they cleaned anyway, i jad to ask them to leave but they dont speak english, so they stayed till i call the reception. By the way, people at the front desk were kindy and very communicative, always smiling and friendly. The pool area was good and clean. The stay was ok, but i think relation price - quiality was ok

말 자체는 친절하게 말하나 고장나서 안되는 것에 대해 적극 개선할 의지를 보이지 않는다. 티비가 안되서 립세션에 전화하려 했는데 전화도 먹통이였다. 수리공이 와서 티비는 고쳤으나 전화는 고치지 못했다. 전화가 안되서 룸서비스를 시킬수 없다하니 당분간 룸서비스가 안되니 배달시켜먹으라하더라. 나중에 침대소파가 작동을 안한다하니 애초에 2인으로 예약해서 고장나있는 침대소파를 줬다했다. 객실변경 요청을 하니 전객실 만실이라 그것도 어렵다고 한다. 어디까지 직원의 말을 믿을 수 있는지 잘 모르겠다. 단, 조식당 직원들은 매우 친절하다. 리셉션 직원들만 좀 적극 대응 의지가 떨어지는 것 같다. 다신 오지 않을 것 같다.

Enjoyed the stay apart from one morning we had no water. whole area was affected, water was sorted very quickly. Breakfast was lovely, transport was a five minute walk. staff very friendly. Would stay again.

Their computer system was being "upgraded" the night I arrived and caused several subsequent problems. At the end of the following day my room key didn't work and the receptionist had to re-enter all my details into their system to provide me with a functioning e-key. Meanwhile my room had not been serviced that day. Not a major issue but irritating. At checkout I was being charged for car parking when I had confirmed at check-in that I did not have a car. Also local taxes were being charged when I had already paid for that at check-in and, I believe, had already been charged by ******* for that element of my stay. The receptionist was lovely and tried to make a repayment but the system prevented her doing so. She noted my card number and promised to make the repayment after talking to her IT team. I received a request via ******* for my card details and asked for assurance that this was a safe method of providing these details. I received further contact from the hotel asking me to call them to effect the repayment by phone. I was in transit and have not yet done so. The staff team were all wonderful and were clearly embarrassed by the IT issues. I strongly commend them but Novotel should be able to do better than this!
