I recently had the pleasure of having my parents stay at this incredible hotel, and I must say, their experience was absolutely exceptional! From the moment they arrived, they were treated to five-star magic with impeccable service, helpfulness, and reliability. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make their stay unforgettable. Their room was absolutely beautiful, clean and what a breathtaking view of the ocean! Truly amazing and relaxing stay - a home away from home in an abundance of excellence! The sound of the ocean and balcony view was one of many highlights that made this stay truly unforgettable! The food was exquisite, with dinner and breakfast being another highlight of their stay. But what truly made their experience special was the attention to detail and the way the hotel celebrated their anniversary in grandeur. The gifts, chocolates, flowers, and balloons were a lovely touch that made the occasion truly unforgettable. My parents were blown away by the hotel's excellence and the staff's dedication to providing a memorable experience. They left with lifelong memories and can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. Five stars isn't enough – this hotel deserves a glowing review!

There was no wifi my entire trip. There is no excuse for this whatsoever! Way cheaper hotels can deliver on that promise in the slightest. As a remote worker, my business was jeopardized for the duration of my stay. Would definitely not recommend this unreliable hotel, especially if you're a remote worker. Staff service is not great either, they didn't attempt to fix the wifi or care that the entire hotel didn't have an internet connection.

Nơi này quá dốc nên hãy sẵn sàng cho ... Đồ ăn của họ rất ngon, chúng tôi đã ăn tối ở nhà hàng họ tên Giorgios nhưng tôi phải nói nó đắt tiền. Không chắc về bữa sáng và bữa trưa của họ. Nhân viên và lễ tân chỉ là ok. Tôi đã yêu cầu họ thêm giường trẻ em cho một đứa trẻ và khi đến họ nói với chúng tôi rằng phòng cửa hàng đóng cửa vì chúng tôi đến lúc 6 giờ chiều nên đã quá muộn. A good hotel, located approximately 15 km from the center of Durban, closer to the international airport. The rooms are quite spacious, everything you need is there. The breakfast is excellent, I can recommend it. Excellent lobby, stylish design. There are many restaurants for every taste near the hotel. And a few shopping centers near the Hotel. From the international airport of Durban about half an hour by taxi.

Beautiful place, it is very quiet and peaceful. I loved the sea view😍. The room is very clean and spacious, very friendly staff, always there to help. Breakfast was very delicious, many options to choose from, this guest house is close to many restaurants and party places, this is a huge bonus, very convenient, I highly recommend. Whether you want a peaceful stay of you want to be out and about, this is definitely the right place to book😉❤️

The hotel is well located, with easy access to the beach. Unfortunately the room itself was very small, especially for the price being charged. Breakfast was also limited. Service at the hotel was good though. Good food available 24/7 via room service. Had an amazing mutton bunny at 1am that really hit the spot!!!

Easy check-in, fabulous view. Peaceful and Quiet. Breakfast was fantastic. Restaurant staff are super helpful and friendly. The pool was stunning and great ambiance. However; 1. The bathroom was not clean. Please see the attached pictures of the hair left behind. 2. Nobody answered our room calls at 6 am 3. No dental kits are given/available 4. There are 0 lights in the ceiling. The side lamps and lights do not provide sufficient lighting. 5. The room was smaller than expected. 6. 1 small bottle of water is provided. The rooms are not provided with any more water except for this one small bottle. If you require more, you have to buy it.
