TTài khoản kháchWe booked the trip on Trip.com, prepaying. Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Historic District charged us twice. We live in Florida. As soon as I realized this. I sent receipts and screenshots. I’ve been getting the run around from management for the past 4 days..Still no refund. Still no response from the different managers we’ve been told to call back to speak to..Keep calling back to see if he/ she is in.(Paul Komanecky or Lindsey Davis) We are very disappointed with the lack of customer service from management. We just want our money. The hotel was indeed paid twice…Is this normal?
TTài khoản kháchThis hotel has a great location and a fantastic lobby. All the staff that we encountered were very friendly and mostly helpful. Unfortunately, our room was not the best. The rooms need updating and do not live up to the descriptions or the fantastic lobby. The bathrooms were very dated and were clean enough but not as clean as I would have expected. I also found it odd that there was not a mini fridge in the room. This hotel has great potential, it just seemed to be lacking in the details that would make it stellar. In addition, we left a day early and the lobby informed us that they could not provide any sort of refund which we thought was very odd.
TTài khoản kháchHành lang sàn có mùi rất tệ. Con mình phải che mũi mũi mũi. Bữa sáng là tệ nhất mà mình từng trải nghiệm tại một Embassy Suites. Phòng ăn bẩn, hầu như không có món ăn nào, không có sữa chua, không bánh bao, không có đá, không cà phê, v.v. Đó là một bữa sáng rất nghèo nàn. Lễ tân không thân thiện lắm. Tôi hỏi cách đi vào trung tâm thành phố Savannah, họ nói họ không biết. Phòng mình không có chăn hay gối cho giường sofa nên mình gọi điện cho quầy lễ tân. Họ đã làm tôi xuống vào lúc nửa đêm để lấy chăn và gối. Nhìn chung, một trong những căn phòng Embassy kém nhất chúng tôi đã ở.

We had a leak in the bathroom that was wetting the carpet, informed David at the front desk he immediately phoned Zach in house services and within minutes he was at our door. Zach observed what was happening and immediately moved us to another room, and provided us with complimentary parking which was a huge plus.
The hotel is close to the square and the riverfront which we enjoyed the proximity of everything. Only used our car to go to Walmart and The Outlets. Will definitely visit again, Customer service was A1.
