TTài khoản kháchPerhaps my expectations were too high, but for the price ($460 per night) I expected more from this hotel. The majority of the hotel's budget seems to have been spent on its location and exterior, which is beautiful. The interior meanwhile, felt decidedly cheaper. The hallways had a strong chemical odor and industrial lighting quality. My room was quiet, spacious and up-to-date, but the overall quality of the appointments felt most consistent with a new 3-star hotel. The windows were very small for the size of the room. The ceiling sheetrock looked like something out of a Eastern Bloc apartment from the 1960s - it was so poorly assembled it almost seemed to be a design choice, but it certainly did not add any premium feel. I was disappointed that the electric car charging was not complimentary and required downloading the Blink app, which I could not get to work. I did not eat in the restaurant so I cannot comment on it. The staff was friendly and helpful enough but not at the level of a Ritz-Carlton or Four Seasons. I'm not sure I would stay here again for its listed rate.

BBarbtravellerHotel is in about 4 miles from the UF campus and football stadium, easy ride away in a quit newly developed shops/recreation/business area. Free parking in parking structure, pleasant and quick check in and out. Our room was nicely modern decorated, clean, no odor. Bedsheets were fresh & comfortable. We had no warm water in the morning for shower, late evening was no issue. A/C was quite loud, person sleeping right next to an a/c vent woke up every time a/c turned on. Bad design. We would come back, just need to check the location of A/C in particular room.

BBarbtravellerHyatt always guarantees quality, clean, service - no surprises. Staff is very attentive. We asked for extra towels on our second day and they were brought to the room within 15 minutes. There was no cleaning offered automatically on the second night of the stay, but it was not necessary for us. You are allowed to requested it if you wish.
Street on the north of hotel is undergoing repairs, limiting some restaurant access.

TTài khoản kháchThis was a comfortable and clean facility. Room price was average for the area on a Thursday. When checking in, I asked for a ground floor due to less walking for us senior citizens. Front desk member Michael happily changed our room to make this happen. Unfortunately we were awakened around midnight by loud guests in the hallway outside our room. This unnerved our companion dog who started barking. The breakfast offered in the lobby was very good. Overall, we would stay again (this was our second stay due to location and pet friendly) and can recommend.

HHanyiiStayed for one night, booked two rooms for my family. The location is convenient as it is close to other stores like Target and other diners. Rooms were clean and had basic amenities but there is no microwave. Expected more from this hotel but the staff who checked in us could be more professional and friendly. One of our room pass card wasn’t working so had to go downstairs. Staff charged me twice so I’m still waiting for it to get corrected. Manager and staff when we checked out were very professional and assured me the payment would be fixed, so I hope it will happen soon. Overall, it was average.

TTài khoản kháchThe staff were excellent, very helpful, service-oriented. The facility was in good condition, about at expectations for a Doubletree set on an Interstate route, college town with lots of traffic. I would absolutely stay there again when traveling through.

TTài khoản kháchVery efficient Kept the hotel clean. Always asked if you needed anything. Very accommodating. And the front will do anything for you!! Super sweet and very efficient.. Happy with my stay at that hotel!!!!
