Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe gestaltet, das merkt man an jedem Detail. Super freundlicher Service. Da das Hotel mitten in der Altstadt liegt, kann man es nicht besser haben.

房間寬敞，還提供蕎麥枕頭，床軟硬適中，前台服務很好，諮詢如何去海邊玩，介紹得很詳細實用，讓我們的旅程更加完美，早餐新鮮可口，所以我們在travenmuende也選擇了Atlantic酒店，很喜歡那裡的環境，早餐的茶品高級還有中國的白茶白牡丹

Though location is very good and the hotel is modern and clean the pompous name 'Senator Hotel' does not match the service. No help when you have a lot of baggage and while you can order food from room service late no drinks are delivered after the bar is closed. They run the hotel with minimum staff.

We didn’t realise there was so many different room types and ours was small and no in room kettle just ok for overnight stay

Receptionen var ikke jule pyntet, lamper var støvede , gulv tæppet i vores værelse havde en stor plamage af noget ubeskriveligt , og så havde vi oplevelsen af en kakkelak på værelset 😵💫.

Everything went well, the location was very good close to the railway station and room was very nice. Very good service and interesting cocktail choices at the bar!

Indtjek var noget skidt da opstillede maskine ikke virkede. En tysktalende gæst ringede til support og fik en telefonsvarer fra hotellet ved siden af som vist ejede Hotel Viva. Der var en receptionist som høfligt og kyndigt sørgede for nø⁹gler til os. Resten af hotellet var fint

Good value for money when travelling with children. The service was friendly and helpful, the room was a bit dated but clean. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. Conveniently located close to the A1 Autobahn with parking available close to the room and still in walking distance of the old city.
