From the moment we stepped into the hotel reception, we knew we’d made the right choice. The brand-new property, adorned with lovely pastel tones, exuded a contemporary and fresh vibe that instantly lifted our spirits. Our room was spotlessly clean and wonderfully comfortable. The efficient layout maximized the space so well that it felt much larger than expected—a clever design that left us truly impressed. Despite the hotel’s prime location in the heart of the city, the room was blissfully quiet. One thoughtful feature we especially appreciated was the self-service laundry facility. The machines were top-notch, making it incredibly easy to freshen up our clothes mid-trip. The hotel location is what truly sets this hotel apart. Situated right on Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, we were steps away from all the action, with iconic attractions like Mukden Palace and Zhang Mansion just a short walk away. Evenings were a highlight for us—taking the escalator down from the hotel and immediately stepping into the vibrant street atmosphere was such a treat. This hotel offers incredible value for money, seamlessly combining comfort, convenience, and a prime location. It’s a gem we’d highly recommend to anyone visiting the area—we couldn’t have asked for more!

Excellent boutique hotel with thoughtful room amenities and hotel facilities.  Friendly concierge and room service staff. Location is relatively central and is serviced by metro (~700m) and buses. Clean and well maintained.  I would recommend others to stay here when visiting Shenyang.

I went to Shenyang for some personal business. I booked this hotel because its near the place I have to go. Affordable and good facilities. There are water bottles available in the hallway for convenience. The breakfast is okay for its price. The staff are helpful even if we had to use translator apps. I have trip.com rewards so we can do late check out which is a plus as we were tired and we can rest before our return trip. The only thing I didn’t like is that the air-con is too noisy at night which contributed to bad sleep. Its good for its price.

This hotel is amazing! The staff was very attentive, especially Eric Jin, the manager of the concierge department, who helped me solve my personal problems and other travel questions very well. He took the initiative to attack, which exceeded my expectations. I often fly and travel all over the world, and this manager stands out among the many people I have come into contact with over the years. He is definitely a pearl of Shenyang. This manager is definitely a valuable asset of a Swiss hotel. With his way of thinking and motivation, he will be very successful in the future. Very, very touching. Thank you Eric Jin and the Swiss hotel team, I will come again.

Wellness and feel good oasis in Shenyang We combined it with a night in the hotel. Underground parking. The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss. The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“. There they inform you that: - The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm. - Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am. - If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day. - To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card. - You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male. - You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free. - You will be led into gender separated changing areas. - You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how. - Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how. - Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked. - Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area. - It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. - Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour. - Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options. - Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm. - Level 4 is for private treatments. In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold. We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful. Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

Cũng rất dễ dàng đi bộ đến một trong những chợ sáng lớn nhất nếu bạn chỉ cần theo bản đồ GaoDe. Tôi cũng đã đi bộ đến bảo tàng gần nhất vì đường xá rất dễ đi. Rất khuyến khích nơi này vì vị trí và giá phòng phải chăng. Có rất nhiều nhà hàng, cửa hàng tiện lợi, cửa hàng trái cây n*** dưới nhà. Cũng có một trung tâm thương mại trong khoảng cách đi bộ. Thậm chí còn có một phòng tập thể dục nhỏ gần đó nếu bạn thực sự không thể thiếu phòng tập thể dục. Có 3 nhà hàng halal trong vòng 5 phút đi bộ từ căn hộ. Phòng tôi ở khá rộng rãi và được thiết kế tốt theo ý kiến ​​của tôi. Các cột được làm thành gương toàn thân, điều này khiến tôi khá bất ngờ. Phòng có đầy đủ mọi thứ tôi cần cho kỳ nghỉ một tuần của mình. Internet không đủ ổn định để gọi video. Hãy mang theo nút bịt tai vì chất lượng tường khá mỏng. Giá cả phải chăng, vị trí thuận tiện, nên cơ sở vật chất cũ kỹ có thể bỏ qua được! Cảm giác thật tuyệt khi có thể đi mua sắm n*** khi ra ngoài. Tuy người dân địa phương không khuyến khích ăn bánh bao Laobian ở gần đó, nhưng giờ chúng tôi vẫn nhớ nó. Nó ngon thật sự. Tiếc là họ không bán mang về. Nó lỗi thời quá!
