Thoroughly good experience since checking in. Hotel staffs at front desks are all very professional, friendly and helpful. Check-in process is easy and quick, the staffs even served hot tea while processing the registration, offered water whenever I sit at lobby. The room is clean, all facilities are in working and good condition. Location is excellent too, within walking distance to pretty much everywhere (restaurants, shops, bars etc..). Breakfast options are plenty, and they are all delicious. Certainly would be my first choice if I ever come back here in future.

入住體驗很棒！晚上看完音樂節回到酒店，前台熱情接待，房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，最重要的是隔音超好！在外面玩了一天滿身疲憊地回來能在這麼安靜的環境裏睡到自然醒，簡直拯救了整個假期……！來到馬鞍山看葫蘆果音樂節，這座城市因為音樂節而火熱，酒店的服務讓這份體驗更加愉悦~

The front desk service was excellent, very friendly and efficient staff. The room was excellent: very clean and modern. The bed was clean and well maintained. The washroom and shower room were clean and plentiful of hot water. We will definitely come back to use the hotel again.

過年還早就在家附近轉一轉，選了這家店，原因就是因為他家的泳池還開着。 過年前人不多，酒店貼心的給升級了湖景房，看出去就是南湖公園。 酒店人員很熱情，房間也很大很乾凈，有泳池，特別是游泳池水深合適，水温也合適。 最有特色的可能是他家的早餐了，是在旋轉餐廳轉一圈下來大概要一個小時。早餐的選擇很多，還有烤腸。 酒店樓下就有充電，而且特別便宜，一度電才6毛錢。 離金鷹商圈也很近，走過去或者騎個電瓶車都可以。 如果以後有機會去馬鞍山的話，還會選擇這家店。

酒店看起來很正規，房間乾淨，就在朋友的學校附近，離夜市很近，附近吃的喝的都挺多，點了好多好吃的外賣。

This was my second time staying here. The location is very convenient and everyone was very nice and helpful. Next time I come back I definitely will be staying here again.
