GGraeme CoulterStayed overnight on a Friday at H on Mitchell Street in Darwin, CBD and had a really good experience overall. Check in and check out were both quick and hassle free, which made things easy after a long day. The room was clean, well presented, and comfortable, with air conditioning that worked well in the Darwin heat. The TV (Foxtel) was a nice bonus to relax with in the evening. We also had dinner and drinks at the Lizard restaurant, which was a highlight, great atmosphere and an enjoyable meal. Parking is available on site (paid), which is convenient for those driving into the city. Close to Parap for the Saturday morning Laksa from the Markets.
Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay right in the CBD. Would happily stay again.

TTài khoản kháchI stayed 5 nights, I didn’t like the room in 4th floor at the start (as I requested a higher floor room and quiet room, but I got a room next to the elevator) the TV wasn’t facing the bed. I then changed to another room in 8th floor, room was great but the shower room door couldn’t be closed so the water was everywhere and it wouldn’t dry; also cleaner told me cuz it was public holiday they are not able to change my sheets.
The last night I stayed, fire alarm went off at 4am everyone went to the lobby, it was a false alarm but I got very scared.

TTài khoản kháchThe hotel is located walking distance to City Center and smith street mall. Even waterfront restaurants and bars are just 15 mins. walk apart. The taxi transfer airport to hotel takes less than 20 minutes.
Friendly reception staff arranged a change of our desired bed configuration upon notice. Rooms are basic but spacious.
Nice restaurant on premises available for lunch, dinner and its where you got the complementary breakfast.
Will stay here again definitely, when in town next time.

TTài khoản kháchThe grounds are beautiful, and the pool and cafe are lovely. Unfortunately the hotel itself has seen better days - the corridor was not clean, and needed to be vacuumed. The room itself was large and the bathroom was fine. The bed was a double even though the name of the room said queen bed. One pillow was fine, the other was awful.

CChang Choon FongGenerally, the hotel serve as a good location for day trips to out of Darwin. There are public parking lots outside the hotel which are free, as there are limited lots within the hotel's open air parking compound except the underground. There are limited amenities except a small pool. The room are very basic but the balcony added a good atmosphere for dining with a view.

TTài khoản kháchThe hotel is well located to shopping and restaurants, as well as easy vehicular access. Their downside is the limited undercover parking and the need to book a space. Otherwise, you will need to use available, nearby public spaces.
The hotel has automated checking, but staff were on hand to make sure all goes smoothly. If a second key is required, it has to be generated by staff.
Breakfast is not done in the hotel, but a voucher is provided to go to Salvatores Cafe in the same building. You have a choice of dine in or take-away.
Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

TTài khoản kháchPerfect hotel location for our needs since it is very close to the airport and the Marrara sport complex (10-15 min walk) in which our event took place. What we love most: very clean hotel room, convenient park ing spot right in front of our unit at an extra cost, great pool facility and some restaurant and coffee shop option on site. The room we booked was really spacious. We had a very pleasant stay.

TTài khoản kháchPoor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls.
The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am).
It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
