The sheets were stained and there was Hair in them we had to buy our own towels because they were stained and looked dirty was very dirty floor needs to new sheets towels bedding and need to mop the rooms better use bleach !!

It was great, it was a good spot to stay at, not to much drama or any sort of things like that, the room was clean, had a refrigerator, a microwave, ac/ heater, nice looking TV, the bathroom area was actually pretty big, which I'm surprised because there usually not that big which is not a bad thing, only complaint was for a tall/ hefty guy like me the bed was on the lower side I prefer them a couple feet taller but it was still comfortable plus for the price and the amount of space it has or how peaceful it was there, plus its super close to restaurants and the cleaning lady's are super nice and really hard working, and the lady at the front desk very nice and very helpful, thank you for making this a good experience for me, I will be back.💯👍

Room was comfortable enough, but no hangers or other trips if things I would've expected from any hotel.
Waited for over 10 minutes to check in.

Property was very clean, modernized and quiet. Room was extremely spacious and featured a refrigerator and microwave. Check in was very easy.

Clean, comfortable room. Great TV service. Great Wi-Fi service. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Quiet property.
Suggestions:
Could use a soap dish in shower. Could use a luggage rack in room. Could use hangars in room.

Really nice, clean room, bathroom, parking lot in a clean, quiet suburban area. About a 15’ walk to a nice downtown area in Brea with some good dining options.
Minor points, mainly for feedback:
- would be good to have coat hangers.
- I think most people prefer led lights that are ‘warn/soft white’, not the bluish ‘daylight’ ones.

Room was clean and we felt safe. There was a microwave, refrigerator, and WiFi. The heating and air conditioning was not modern enough to shut off when not needed; so we had to listen to it running all night (until we shut it off). There was no carpet on the floors and no blanket on the bed.

The room was nice and clean, and the check-in staff was helpful. The only issue we had was that there wasn't a towel rack/shelf in the bathroom nor any shelf surface in the shower. I had to put my toiletries on the shower floor and my towel was hanging outside across from the bathroom door. I don't like setting my clothes or towel on the toilet lid. I've never been in a motel that didn't have a towel rack in the bathroom which is the only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars.

It was a non smoking room, but had cigarette burn holes in the bed linens , no fitted sheet, just a flat sheet over the mattress. Stained pillows and sheets. Towels were thin and old.
I saw 2 bugs in the room, a roach ran under the tv the night I checked in, and there was a cricket in the bathroom in the morning.
I told the person I checked out with about both issues and he really didn't seem to listen or care.
Gross place and I didn't sleep well.
