Nadine was absolutely fantastic, brilliant customer service and really really friendly, just what you’d expect for someone front of house, an example model for future employees to follow by! Bed is comfortable and even though the hotel doesn’t have much going for it, just a 5 minute walk down the road and you come to a cinema, bowling alley and much much more! Perfect location for a weekend away or for business

Great staff, extremely helpful, especially Cortnay. Our original booking at another Prenmirer Inn just down the road was cancelled and transferred to this Location. The prices had changed, Cortnay sorted it all out along with our room requirements, we required a ground floor room due to mobility issues. Thank you so much for for sorting everything out for us Cortnay. Great hotel, for a few days visiting Leicester.

7 weeks in total we have been at this hotel due to ongoing works on our home. The staff have been nothing but wonderful all staff included - the housekeepers, the bar staff and the reception staff. When we were moved hotels to different premier inns within the area we asked to be placed back at this hotel due to care we have been shown. We have a lot of stress going on but the staff always find a way to cheer us up. Knowing our children on first name basis. So thank you to Emma, Courtney, Nadine, Jordan (his music especially keeps us positive after a hard day) Sharon, Jasleen! Emma you have some wonderful staff.

Zoe and Nadine were so friendly and welcoming when we visited and ate in the restaurant ( evening meal). The food was really nice, a welcoming atmosphere, and very attentive staff - checking all the while that all was OK. Thank you all for such a nice evening!

Comfortable rooms and great staff... and about that.... This morning, their breakfast cook called in sick and Zoe seized the opportunity to show what she is made of. She calmly got the kitchen going, all on her own, greeted customers and cooked breakfast as if she did it every day. Calm and collected. This is what customer service is about and an outstanding effort. Well done and thanks for the bacon sandwich.

Had some issues at first but Nadine look after us and got everything sorted. She is really helpful and went to maximum lengths to make sure our stay was as good as it could be. Nadine needs a promotion........................................

We had issues with meal allowance and one off of the workers nadine lovely lady helped uz out with sorting the booking out great help she was very polite and helpful just want to say thanks to nadine .......................................

We had issues with the meal allowance Nadine managed to sort it out straight away after about an hour. It was really nice sitting out the front as the beer garden has a bit of a suntrap Really helpful and friendly service. Nice bar area and restaurant.
