The staff at the hotel have very limited English ,Additionally, the rooms are mixed-gender dormitories, which was not specified in the online booking, I couldn’t get proper rest all night because I could hear drunk guests snoring loudly. The hotel uses a self-check-in system, and after booking online, I still had to pay 3 Euros to receive the room key card!

WOW-
I was completely amazed by how clean, modern, confy, and convenient the hostel was. The beds all came with a separate locker section (operated by card key) and multiple shelves, and my compartment was able to close off using pull-down curtains.
One of the things that stood out about this stay was the check-in and out processes, as they were fully automated and did not require staff intervention. I was able to swiftly do them.
The staff were also very kind, and there seemed to always be somebody at the front desk, as there was a member at the front desk even at 5AM.
One thing which might be improved are the bathrooms, since the floor is almost constantly wet from the shower section on the further end side of the room.
Overall, I am very satisfied by the stay and if I were to visit Bratislava again, I would like to book here.

Sharing my feedback for the purpose of improvements:
**⭐ Positive:**
- Excellent location — everything is within walking distance
- Festive Halloween decorations and cozy common area added a nice touch.
**⚠️ Negative:**
- I initially booked an upper cabin but had to switch to a lower one due to the discomfort of climbing stairs
- The capsule had an unpleasant odor that persisted despite using perfumes, making it difficult to sleep
- Noise from the street, nearby cabins, and snoring was quite disruptive
- Mixed-gender rooms with no female-only option made me feel uneasy
- Towels were not provided, even after requesting one
- The bed sheet had visible stains and tears, which I had to replace myself

It was okay. Quite spacious stay in the centre of town. Breakfast was really basic. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Stayed for one night, although I couldn’t check in early, receptionist allowed me to store luggage and freshen up after early morning flight. Seemed all clean and location is close by to tram. Good storage in sleeping area. Cannot complain with that price. Only plus would be a fan on the warmer days as I was on the top floor.
