Paid close to 600e for 2 nights via their booking platform. They gave ne a room and a guid ti lead the way .. in a labyrinth with 2 elevators and like 500m of walking to find B20 apartment which looked very old - i asked to be changed and received a better one in terms of design and access but no internet available as they offer 4G routers; i already to mobile data plans on my mobile so i went completely dark Would not came back here even for free rooms

We been there for 2 days only.. The pool outside it was amazing, warm water and a wonderful view. Room was clean and so beautiful, we had jacuzzi in our room . As much as we waited to use it..it was impossible ( took forever to fill up and the water was dirty. I will blame it on the fact that maybe it wasn’t used in a while) Or if we were staying longer for sure the staff would’ve helped us. Breakfast had a good variety of food, one little minus will be the juice . It was in tiny bottles, not enough for all the people there . We will return for sure !!

We stayed at Elexus Silver mountain. To much money for services. Breakfast is ok. The rooms are clean but don’t deserve the money we spend on them. They have problems with the heat in the room, if it is ON it’s getting hot, you can not sleep if it is turned OFF it s to cold. Parking in the garage is not enough for all costumers. The spa restaurnat and the reception are in the main building and all rooms are in other buildings which ia annoying.

A horrible experience for anyone who wants peace and a little organization in a vacation. - The hotel's indoor pool is not ventilated at all. The staff is obliged to keep 2 doors open to make the air circulate and ventilate the chlorine vapors. I asked them to close the doors because it was around 10 degrees outside and the air inside was cold. Shortly after they closed the door, the temperature rose rapidly and a smell of chlorine took your breath away. The answer of Mr. Bogdan, in charge of the swimming pool, was: "that's the rule, let's keep the doors open because we don't have a functioning internal ventilation system" - The hotel staff is rude, always with an air of superiority over the customer - The hotel is not kid friendly at all - My wife had a paid massage appointment, she was no longer accepted because the people at the reception got confused and forgot about her, very embarrassing and disrespectful behavior. - Having 2 small children, I always used DO NOT DISTURB in the rooms, but the hotel staff did not bother to take this into account. Thus, they rang the doorbell as many times as needed without being interested - The hotel is in a state of disrepair, being full of cables pulled out from the walls, missing light bulbs, detached wooden floors with pieces of iron sticking out through them - Nobody answers the number at the reception and room service, I called 4 times to ask for a cot and I ended up crossing the road to the reception in the middle of the night In short, a terrible experience in which I was humiliated and mocked by the hotel staff for a lot of money. It was absolutely horrible! 1. No wi fi in the rooms. 2. No water no minibar. 3. To access the rooms (B building) you go through underground parking and other cold and not good looking premises. 4. No menu in english, nobody speaks it. 5. Reception doesn`t care what is going on. 6. Dirty floor in spa. Too crowded spa. 7. Poor breakfast. 8. Nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. No shower curtain - all is wet. 9. The room is poorly furnished. 10. Our door ddin`t close from inside so we had to put a chair to hold it.

Our stay was incredibly disappointing. Whilst most of the hotel facilities are nice, it doesn't cover all the negative experiences. First of all, facilities: - let me say that the hot water pressure in the shower was extremely weak and there was no hook for the shower head. - The shampoo and shower gel were in sachets, instead of recipients, which made it difficult to use. - There is no iron and iron board in the room, you have to request for it. - Also, we didn't have any products in the minibar - Food tags at breakfast were written only in romanian To top it all, one of the 2 elevators in our building was broken for our entire stay and the one working was extremely slow. Secondly - the staff: - Some of the staff still don't know english, especially in reception, which is unacceptable nowadays. - We ordered a lobster on new year's dinner and when it came it tasted extremely fishy, it wasn't edible. When we informed the staff about it, they looked offended, it seemed like they don't know or never learned how to apologize. - The staff lacks proper customer service training and basic english. They don't know to tell us the difference between a chicken and pork hot dog. Left with a bitter taste after the whole experience, as it is way too expensive for the services offered.
