Pool opens for the 2025 summer season in early May! This is a large and beautiful lake home up on a ridge overlooking Table Rock Lake. You will love the large open floor plan with plenty of room for everyone. Perfect for large family gatherings or for several families vacationing together. The private in-ground pool is just out the back door with a large patio/pool deck with lounge chairs, a patio table & chairs for eating outside or relaxing. The pool is not heated and is a seasonal pool that is typically open from early-May through September. We love the amazing view of the lake, wide open, spacious floor plan, the in-ground pool, the screened-in porch with fireplace, the high ceilings, the covered porch & sundeck, the quiet secluded area, and the proximity to all of the Branson attractions. We know you will love all of the same features we love about this house. We are located about 5 minutes from the middle of the Branson 'strip' so that you have easy/quick access to all of the shows, entertainment (go-karts, bumper boats) outlet malls and restaurants. We're only about 8 minutes from the iconic Silver Dollar City, which you will certainly want to visit during your stay. Just one mile from Moonshine Beach which has a beautiful/clean beach and large roped-in area for swimmers nestled in a quiet cove. It also has picnic shelters kids play area with a jungle gym & slides. Rental of large umbrellas and kayaks available. State Park Marina is just 5 miles down the road. You can launch your boat at either Moonshine Beach or State Park Marina. There is a very convenient spot to park your boat right next to the garage at the house. Branson was voted the #1 Tourism destination in the entire Midwest. Silver Dollar City was also voted the #1 Theme Park in the WORLD by the International Association of amusement parks and Attractions! Branson, Missouri is known today as the 'live music capital of the world', but it has a rich history dating back to its first days in the 1800s. Starting with a small store at a riverboat stop, the city now boasts over 45 theaters with 60,000 theater seats, over 70 live theater shows, over 200 lodging facilities with over 23,000 lodging rooms, 5,000 camping spaces, over 350 restaurants, three lakes, 9 golf courses, over 200 retail outlet stores, numerous attractions, caves to explore and year-round activities and entertainment. Come enjoy some fantastic Midwest entertainment! PRIVATE POOL! Need we say more? The pool is unheated and seasonal. We try to keep the pool open as long as the weather is good. The pool will open ear;ly-May for the season and usually stays open through the middle of October (opening and closing are weather dependent). You can lounge on the patio furniture or lounge chairs around the pool or on the upper sundeck while taking in the views of the lake. Relax to the sounds of birds chirping during the day or lounge out there at night and watch the vast sky full of stars. On cooler days/nights you can have a fire in the fireplace on the screened-in porch while overlooking the lake. Go ahead... roast some hotdogs and/or marshmallows in the fireplace! During the colder months, you have three options to enjoy a fire! Enjoy the indoor gas fireplace, the patio wood-burning fireplace, or the fire pit outside. We also have a gas grill, so you can cook up a feast for your crew! As of 2023, there is on going construction in the neighborhood behind the home.
