French Quarter Resort

Disappointed, Although the location was great, the resort needs significant upgrades. It was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly, so that’s why I considered it average.

We had a 3 bedroom loft unit. It was very large, comfortable and had 3 bathrooms which was great for 4 ladies. The unit was up to date and modern. Although we were there in off season, the resort seems to have lots of activities for guests- adult and kids pools, hot tub, shuffleboard, an activity room, grills. We were near Olive Garden and IHOP. We ate out, but had breakfast in our unit each day. Refrigerator was large and had ice maker and water spout. We were also located near an Olive

The location was excellent to get to events. Also the resort was very good size and the quality of the facility was great.

We had a great week-long stay in Branson largely because of the location and amenities of the French Quarter Resort—very friendly and helpful staff.

Patio overlooked A/C units which made it hard to enjoy because it was loud. Not enough towels were provided

However, it is VERY DIFFICULT to get factual information on the phone in advance. (If you can get anyone to answer the phone is the 1st place). We think much of the staff is knowledgeable, but many are also untrained. For instance, we were told that each 2-bedroom unit had 1 king and 2 twin beds. There are actually 2 kings in each bedroom, unless you reserve a loft room. The loft actually does have 2 twin beds. We were also told that we had to call a special number to reserve a loft room. I tried the special number for weeks, but no one ever answered. However, it turned out that I could reserve a loft room through RCI. Not the most comfortable beds, but lovely otherwise.
