Cedar Court Bradford Hotel

The only reason I booked the hotel was that it had a pool. No it doesn't - Pool and sauna closed since covid over 2.5 years but still advertised. virtually no staff so you have to check in and out on a screen. Not what I expected from a 4 star hotel!

Room was very comfortable and had all necessary from hair dryer, iron, plenty of plug sockets. The only fault was the plug in the sink kept getting stuck in the hole. Breakfast was lovely, not rushed and help yourself to anything from the buffet- hot or cold. Large free car park.

My partner booked this as a birthday treat to get away for the night, and chaos of our normal lives. Checking in was fine, first glance at the hotel really nice, Food was lovely and staff efficient. Upon checking in was not told about the event happening tonight. So sat in our hotel room right now at midnight it's been boom boom boom since 8pm, I can't sleep I can even hear what songs are playing from our room. I feel this really should of been brought to our attention. I would not of stayed here tonight knowing this event was taking place. And the only way I found out was to go on their website and find the gala ladies night for myself. Will not be having any sleep tonight. I would not return to this hotel and it's really put a dampener on my birthday. Just wanted a nice peaceful relaxed weekend. My advice... Check for any events before you chose this hotel. We stayed in ibiza last year and it wasn't as noisy as this. Horrendous. In future I would make customers aware of your events if they choose to stay on the same night.

Our business meeting at Cedar Court was made exceptional by the exemplary service provided by Naz and Farhana. From impeccable event coordination to attentive assistance, their professionalism ensured a seamless experience. The facilities were top-notch, complemented by a warm ambiance. Highly recommended for their outstanding service and dedicated staff.

I have never been more surprised by a member of staffs capability to stay calm in a stressful situation, yesterday as our food was being served there was an issue with the amount prepared however the young waitress Willow informed us of what was happening right from the start even when they were short on bread roles and ensured us that ours would be ready and out to us soon. This strong girl reminds me of my granddaughter who I am ever so proud of, I hope this young girl goes far as she most definitely has the knack for customer service.

On arrival at the hotel I was warmly met by Mary on reception who helped me to check in painlessly. At the hotel restaurant I looked after by both Iqrah and Zeus who were very attentive in making sure that I had a great eating experience, keep up the good work guys and thankyou.

Lovely food the ribaye steak medium was cooked to perfection and the blue cheese sauce was delicious, my colleague had the chicken tikka masala and was very good also recived a fantastic service from Iqrah and Zeya would definitely book here again

The hotel has definitely had a good refurb since last tme i stayed and everything felt brand new. The ground floor reception/bar area/restaurant is completely open plan, so felt very spacious and airy. Our room was a decent size and overlooked the garden. The twin beds were really comfortable and the bathroom had big, fluffy white towels. Special thanks to Umza, who welcomed me on arrival and, when my sister arrived after a stressful journey, made her a big mug of coffee. What a lovely thing to do.

What can I say we stop in hotels quite often for my daughters dancing! This has got to be the best hotel that we have stayed in over the past 5 years for our dance travels, on arrival we where greeted by zee and jan who were fantastic from the offset, on arrival they advised us that they have a surprise for us and that we where upgraded to a suite straight away jan went to suite to set up other bed for our daughter!you guys have no idea how much this upgrade ment to us as been going though a pritty rough time with family health issues/ family member been very poorly in hospital this really gave us a massive boost a boost that was really needed! So thank you zee and Jan you don’t realise how little things like that just makes a person smile inside and it was greatly appreciated! Wow the suites are outstanding! It was like we were back at the Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas! It was outstanding! Just one down side was the fire alarm went off at 6 this morning but that’s not the end of the world these things happen atleast we know there is a working fire Alarm! 😂😂 Absolutely amazing nights stay thank you zee and Jan for making our stay fantastic! We will 100% be rebooking if we are visiting the area again!
