房間大，附近有超市，房內冇雪櫃，但可到旁邊餐廳取冰桶，稍為不便，其他服務尚可

Went to the pub and had an incredible evening. Were there to socialise after 24-7 Prayer conference and were served by the lovely Caroline, Petra and Shova. Really lovely time with good service - thank you all! Will definitely be coming back and potentially staying next year!

Regularly stay here for business and have developed a good relationship with the staff who are always friendly and support you with any requests. It is in a good location for walking into the town centre to get food or have a drink in the new lexicon.

Such an incredible service from the bar team, especially Carolina and Shova, and the kindly Serbian manager whose name I don’t know! They were so warm and accommodating to everyone attending our conference. Jaime on reception is a star too.

Great staff so friendly and helpful- shova, Caroline and Petra were so helpful and just great fun after a long day 👍🏼 it was really busy but they had time for us and helped us regardless. Thanks for a good time that you don’t always get these days!!

Caroline, Petra and Shova were excellent on the bar today, created a really friendly open and vibrant atmosphere and provided absolutely excellent service. We've had such a great time as a group of friends in Bracknell and will definitely be coming back again.

I’ve been staying in the Bracknell Premier Inn for a couple of nights with lots of friends, and we’ve all been in the bar both evenings. Caroline, Shova and Petra were warm and welcoming, handling orders quickly. In spite of the busyness, they were attentive and friendly to everyone. We were impressed!
