The apartment in a complex which has been completely renovated. New floors, kitchen and bathroom all according to German standards. The facility is well maintained and quiet. Most of the apartments are rented to locals. The atmosphere is very friendly and a positive experience. Some tenants have a cat or small dog. Beach chairs, coffee maker, microwave everything newly furnished and almost everything available on small things that are needed in daily use.
The location is north of Boca Raton and south of Manalapan or West Pam Beach one of the richest streets on Florida's beaches.
Normal rentals are simply email monthly with your wishes or your schedule. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Donna, Peter and Anthony were amazing! Donna runs a very tight ship and didn’t miss a beat. Anything you need, she was fast to respond. The location is a dream come true, a slice of heaven that one could never imagined exists. Book this place without hesitation! (FYI- I am a very experienced traveler.)

Paradise
Unit was spotless. Managing hostess on property and is gracious and pleasant to say the least. Walk to beach just minutes and having beach chairs and towels a plus

Beach getaway
We stayed here when our usual place was booked. We were very happy with our stay. We were walking distance to the beach and the neighbors were very friendly. We will keep this one on our list!

Cute and Cozy
I stayed in this studio for 6 weeks while my house had some work done. It's a studio, so it's small, but had everything I thought I needed. Nice finishes in the bathroom. Decent size closet. Storage everywhere I looked. It was well stocked with utensils, cookware, towels, etc. The outside courtyard had lots of seating and grills. The beach is just down the street.
And Donna is the best hostess.

Boynton Beach Stay
Great little studio - very clean, convenient, and located in a lovely neighborhood. Very close walk to the beach. Perfect!
