With its convenient location, this vacation home is an excellent base for exploring Port Royal and the surrounding area. Upstairs, the master suite boasts a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower. It is possible you may hear noises from time to time, but everyone is very respectful here. We also want to make note that we discovered a tenant of the previous owner of the property (we purchased in April of 2022 and completely renovated) smoked inside the unit and we have replaced everything inside short of the walls and ceilings but some guests with sensitive noses may still be able to pick up a hint of smoke - especially after a heavy rain. Turning the air conditioning on and colder will help. If that is you, we suggest another unit for your stay - reach out to us for other alternatives that may be available. There are also some local taxi services that operate 24 hours a day, although the wait times can be high during popular events.Other Things to Note:This house is on a two lane road in a neighborhood and you can expect to experience some traffic noise from passing vehicles during your stay. South Carolina Park Pass provided in correlation with the Resort Fee. This pass gives you unlimited access to all South Carolina State Parks for free. 1 trip to Hunting Island Beach for a family of 5 would equal $5/Adult, $3/children 6-15 5 and under are free.
